We've had this unit since September of 24 and have had only one 'problem' with it that was rapidly solved by the manufacturer, more on that later. My wife and I purchased this to stop going to the laundromat every week. It was an upgrade from one of the cheaper twin-tub designs that had failed and been refunded. It works very well for a couple of empty nesters. It has been, so far, reliable and sturdy. It's heavier than it looks and with the rubber feet it won't slide around on our kitchen floor in use. I highly recommend the wheeled dolly for it. It shipped in a sturdy box with lots of foam padding. The only assembly was to install a cover on the bottom that just snapped into place. The included hoses will need some adapting. The fill hose has a quick disconnect on it that snaps on to a fitting on your faucet. We already had one for a portable dishwasher so the included one was not needed. The drain hose is more of a challenge. The plastic hook is not designed to fit over the typical counter top sink. I guess the ones in Asia are smaller. You will want to put the drain hose in the sink with something to weigh it down. The drain pump is quite strong and even if the hook fits your counter it -will- jump off of the counter and flood your kitchen if you don't -secure- it to your sink. While the wash tub seems pretty roomy it only holds about 8 liters of water. A typical laundry basket of clothes is easily two loads. The machine is automatic in that you can set it and forget it. It will beep when it is done with the selected cycle. Just hook up the hoses, load your laundry and soap and set your wash cycle. There are ten cycles to choose from. The included manual does not describe any of them. For us, a typical load takes about 40 min. Clothes will be slightly damp after the spin cycle, though there is a longer spin dry cycle you can choose. The power draw is almost nothing. This thing uses less power than a toaster. That's also a bit of a con to this unit in that it won't wash heavy loads like blankets or a bunch of towels, or anything that is especially heavy when wet (It struggled with a single-bed sized blanket), but for normal clothes it's fine as long as you spread your laundry into two or three loads. It does not use a lot of water, even doing multiple loads. 8 liters is it's limit and it defaults to 6 Liters. This limitation means that two adults worth of laundry comes out to three loads, twice a week. To avoid the cost and travel time to a laundromat, it's well worth it. The unit is rapidly paying for it's self. The only problem we have had is that the lint filter inside the tub is quite brittle and easily broken if you aren't careful removing it for cleaning. A quick email to the manufacturer had a replacement mailed out to us within days. Overall, it's a good machine and well worth the asking price, provided you respect it's limits. While it seems that doing more loads would be a downside, the fact that it's literally set and forget makes up for it. You really won't be spending that much time attending to it. It'll just do it's work and let you know when it's done. My wife absolutely loves the little thing.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for the upstairs living area. I didn't have alot of room for a standard large washer like i have downstairs. I needed something small enough to fit in a little nook of a hall thats only 20inches wide. This washer is better than the one downstairs!! It actually cleans my laundry!! I couldn't believe the dirty nasty water draining out when I washed my work clothes the first time, I honestly don't think the washer downstairs has ever cleaned my clothes!! You have options: You can choose your Liters amount. 4L all the way to 8L. I go with 5L or 6L on a normal laundry day. It has settings with several washing cycles to chose from no matter your choice you can change the Liter amount on all of them. It can fit quiet a bit. More than I expected. I don't like to overload it i like knowing my laundry has room to swish around to get clean. For instance a King Size bottom and top sheet will fit and wash nicely on 7L. I preferred them separately on 4L, I sleep with 2 60lb pups who don't exactly shower every day LOL. The drain hose is a good length. They give you specifics on purchasing longer if needed. They however don't give specifics on if you need a longer intake water hose, I do wish the water intake hose was a foot or two longer and it would be nice to have a shut off button on it as well to stop it from leaking water when detached. For me, i dont move the washer to another area, it stays in the nook. So Its either let it hang down to the floor with a towel to catch the water draining out or as I've found is less messy is to just put the hose in the drum to drain. It was difficult to find a faucet to attach it too as I have all upgraded faucets and the attachments wouldn't fit. After some trial and error I ended up getting a split connector for my shower head and attaching a second long shower hose that stays connected in the shower permanently; with the quick connect attachment the washer comes with its easy to plug up and unplug when I'm not using it. It is light weight if you need to move it from room to room. I'm pretty handy so a trip to menards and some creative building techniques of my own I built a stand for it so my small dryer could be mounted above it. OVERALL: I love this washer and i love the fact i can choose the amount of water i want for each load! If you have a small space it just want your own washer and if you want a washer to actually clean your clothes with complete convenience and privacy, BUY THIS! You won't regret it. The video is disgusting, but this is what getting dirt out of your laundry looks like! Full disclosure it was a rainy day and my pups decided to roll around on my bed to dry off after playing in the yard for an hour and this was the result of that!!

I would have given this a 5 star review but I don’t even have a year with this washer machine and the washer does not work anymore I got it last year August2024 and it stopped working on January of 2025 it doesn’t drain the water and it gets stuck in the setting to move forward it worked the beginning never thought I would get a defective washer 🥲
