This is a great little washing machine I couldn't be happier with this purchase, super solid. We are a family of 4 and I'm generally doing a load in this every other day. It's load size is similar to the smaller stackable washer/dryer unit you'd see in some apartments (our last apt had one and it's virtually the same). We are line drying, but the clothes dry fast because the spin cycle is pretty mighty. I have a 5 year old and a teenager and two adults and the clothes come out clean, no issues having to rewash, no leaking like others have stated. It's small, relatively quiet and washes in about 30-45 min depending on the cycle. There is a plastic smell that went away after the first 5 washes or so, and we did have to order a different hose (just a standard washing machine hose) to hook it up to a regular washing machine hookup so I can't attest to using it with a sink.

Item arrived as described. It was easy to maneuver and set up inside a utility closet that was plumbed for a washer. The inlet hose and adapter (water connection) did not fit a standard washer hook up but a quick trip to Lowe’s and purchase of the pictured hose worked beautifully. The washer does a great job, quiet, no leaks, drains well, and spins items without difficulty. I would recommend this washer for purchase.

Completed my first seven loads in two days. For the money and size of the machine, it works really well. The machine is pretty light which helps to be able to move it around. The different programs makes it easy to choose what I want to do. As a 67-year-old man, this is my first apartment size washer. I've owned many regular size washers. So far, I am impressed by this washer. The agitator moves strongly to the left and then automatically changes to the right which does a good job cleaning my clothes. The drain works well also, NO leaks, which is always a concern. There was a problem with the delivery but not this store's fault. The store quickly replied to my complaints about the delivery, offered optional solutions, and then finally the original delivery process occurred.

After receiving the machine I bedan using it right away. Was very satisfied with the performance. After 2 month it began leaking water from the bottom of the unit. After removing the rear cover i could see water leaking down from above. I contacted customer support at Nictemaw for advice. 1st time on Feb 28, 2nd time March 21. At this date I have had a response addressing the solution to this problem

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for the upstairs living area. I didn't have alot of room for a standard large washer like i have downstairs. I needed something small enough to fit in a little nook of a hall thats only 20inches wide. This washer is better than the one downstairs!! It actually cleans my laundry!! I couldn't believe the dirty nasty water draining out when I washed my work clothes the first time, I honestly don't think the washer downstairs has ever cleaned my clothes!! You have options: You can choose your Liters amount. 4L all the way to 8L. I go with 5L or 6L on a normal laundry day. It has settings with several washing cycles to chose from no matter your choice you can change the Liter amount on all of them. It can fit quiet a bit. More than I expected. I don't like to overload it i like knowing my laundry has room to swish around to get clean. For instance a King Size bottom and top sheet will fit and wash nicely on 7L. I preferred them separately on 4L, I sleep with 2 60lb pups who don't exactly shower every day LOL. The drain hose is a good length. They give you specifics on purchasing longer if needed. They however don't give specifics on if you need a longer intake water hose, I do wish the water intake hose was a foot or two longer and it would be nice to have a shut off button on it as well to stop it from leaking water when detached. For me, i dont move the washer to another area, it stays in the nook. So Its either let it hang down to the floor with a towel to catch the water draining out or as I've found is less messy is to just put the hose in the drum to drain. It was difficult to find a faucet to attach it too as I have all upgraded faucets and the attachments wouldn't fit. After some trial and error I ended up getting a split connector for my shower head and attaching a second long shower hose that stays connected in the shower permanently; with the quick connect attachment the washer comes with its easy to plug up and unplug when I'm not using it. It is light weight if you need to move it from room to room. I'm pretty handy so a trip to menards and some creative building techniques of my own I built a stand for it so my small dryer could be mounted above it. OVERALL: I love this washer and i love the fact i can choose the amount of water i want for each load! If you have a small space it just want your own washer and if you want a washer to actually clean your clothes with complete convenience and privacy, BUY THIS! You won't regret it. The video is disgusting, but this is what getting dirt out of your laundry looks like! Full disclosure it was a rainy day and my pups decided to roll around on my bed to dry off after playing in the yard for an hour and this was the result of that!!

I wanted to wait a bit before I gave my honest review about how I like the machine, and I have to say I LOVE IT! It is so convenient having it in the apartment because I don't have to worry about washing my clothes with other people and I do it at my pace. I've grown accustomed to knowing how much I can put in a load. Basically, 2 loads in this machine is equivalent to a regular-large load. The machine is able to thoroughly rinse the clothes so I never have to worry about it not drying. I do use the communal drying machine unfortunately for the majority of the clothes, but again, everything dries fine. I've even washed a football jersey with no issues. The machine will struggle if you overload it, or if it's too heavy. I've found you can't wash too many towels because it does struggle a bit. Other than that, my clothes are clean, I pre-treat and don't use a lot of detergent (i've found 1-1.5 tbsp is way more than sufficient). I wash white clothes as well, and again, as long as you pre-treat, your clothes will come out clean and stain free. Overall, this was a great purchase. If you're on the edge about purchasing, I hope the review helps in making the decision!

I bought this portable washing machine for my mom and she’s absolutely satisfied. But one significant drawback - leaking hoses. I had to waste my time to replace it. Overall, the machine is good, but I hope the manufacturer improves the quality of the hoses in the future.
