I live in an apartment without a washer and dryer hookup. We are a family of 5 and laundry piles up fast. I should have made this purchase a long time ago, this little washer is a beast. It can handle a normal sized load. I can wash my king sized sheets and duvet covers but I wouldn't wash any comforters larger than a queen. The noise level is decent. It's not silent, but it's not loud. There is a hum, and when it's draining there's a short grinding sound that made me worry at first but it turned out that the brief sound is the pump doing it's job. The pump is very strong and gets almost all of the water out. There may still be some in the hose but not much. The air dry function is great. It's a long cycle but long. It's worth it and makes hang drying or machine drying faster. I was happy it had a child lock function however it's a loud alarm and doesn't actually lock. The lid can still be opened but the machine automatically stops spinning when opened. This washer has made a huge difference. It's definitely worth getting. There were so many to choose from, I am very happy that I chose this one.

This is a great little washing machine I couldn't be happier with this purchase, super solid. We are a family of 4 and I'm generally doing a load in this every other day. It's load size is similar to the smaller stackable washer/dryer unit you'd see in some apartments (our last apt had one and it's virtually the same). We are line drying, but the clothes dry fast because the spin cycle is pretty mighty. I have a 5 year old and a teenager and two adults and the clothes come out clean, no issues having to rewash, no leaking like others have stated. It's small, relatively quiet and washes in about 30-45 min depending on the cycle. There is a plastic smell that went away after the first 5 washes or so, and we did have to order a different hose (just a standard washing machine hose) to hook it up to a regular washing machine hookup so I can't attest to using it with a sink.

Just got this machine today. Hooked, it up. Ran, my first load water only to clean it worked great. Second load put a few towels in ran It, worked great no problems. Ran my third load through got halfway through and the pump would not eject the water and kept giving a E1 code. I even took all the clothes out so it was just the water in the tub, tried cycling it again and it still would not pump the water out of the tub. Had to siphon out the water, manually from the tub to remove it from the house. I have started a return process on this unit and reordered a new one I do not want to fight changing out a pump knowing that's probably all that's wrong, but it's a brand new product. Hoping for a better result on the second one.

So kind of a long story here I’ll try and make it quick. I originally received this in unusable state. At first I thought they had sold me a used one because it sounded like there was a small amount of water in it but after reading the manual I found out that it does in fact come with a small amount of water in it. Come to find out all the damage was from the shipping company. The sides (bioth) were dented and a piece that holds the drum in place had been broken so the drum was just barreling hanging there. I was so upset because I had been so excited to use it. I even held of on doing laundry because I knew it was being delivered soon. I contacted the sellers right away and they excepted my return and sent me another one very quickly. I had my new one within about 7 days. The weekend and Monday being a holiday it probably would have been quicker. The sellers were amazing at resolving this issue quickly and they were very courteous. Now about the product. I LOVE IT! Game changer for me, I live in a small older house that does not have laundry hook ups and I had an electrician come at one point before I bought this because I wanted to update the Josie and just have laundry out in but I was told that my house did not have enough power coming to it to add more 220 outlets and it would cost a lot to have it updated. So for now until I have the money to do that I decided that a portable washer would be better than the laundromat. I bought the larger capacity so that I could wash my blankets (full size) and they fit perfectly. The machine is very quiet, once you learn the buttons they are very simple to use. The cost was very affordable and I’ll save a ton not going to the laundromat. The design is cute and the size fits well in my small house. I did go and get a normal washer hose and a garden hose fitting for my sink and that cost me 12 dollars but I found this to be much easier than the quick connect that the machine comes with. I could not figure out how to use the quick connect with out it squirting water but I really think that was user error and should not reflect badly on the product. So anyways that is my honest review and I think anyone wanting to try the larger capacity should definitely give this one a try! :)
