I absolutely love this washer. I wish I bought it years ago when we first moved in. Our community had a community washer and dryer which they removed, so we finally had to figure out an option for the house. We couldn’t get one installed because of the houses build. I researched online and the videos convinced me. This product cleaned my clothing so good that the water coming out was so dirty omg. I was so grossed out. This little washing machine is great great for RV use or single living. It does small size to medium size loads. Im very impressed on how clean the clothes are. This washing machine has lots of functions and settings, from smaller load to larger loads for water setting and cycles. I recommend using liquid soap not the laundry pods. Uses less soap than a pod amount. I wash everything from rugs, to jeans, to delicate shirts. Even blankets. Only thing that’s to big for unit in king size bed comforter. But that’s cuz of the size. We love it so much. We got it cuz my mom in law has same unit for last 4 years haven’t failed her. She’s in az and I’m in fl both live in tiny homes. ... show more

The size and cost of the washing machine were perfect. The machine is easy to use and seems to work very well, the only problem I have is that no matter what water level it is set for, it fills to the highest level. I've contacted product support about the issue, but never received a response.

The media could not be loaded. I hope this review is helpful to others considering this machine. 6/15/23 UPDATE: Even after Amazon also emailed them, they attempted to give me the run-around, asking me to try different ways of setting the buttons, which were common sense things I obviously had already tried. Bottom line, the machine does NOT have different fill levels, all levels 1-8 fill to the top. They even tried to suggest that as long as Fill Level 8 (maximum) fills to the top, the machine then functions normal. Seriously???!!!! Anyhow, I purchased this machine because of the purported fill levels and the width, to which I am limited. Amazon was great and gave me a refund, but now the dilemma, should I purchase another of this machine and see if the one I have is a fluke or should I start the process all over to search for a machine with varying levels and only 19" wide? Oh, also, the lint trap picks up 0 lint, and I know there is lint because I added a trap at the end of the drainage hose and that filled up. 6/14/23 - UPDATE: I am furious! The seller agreed to replace the machine instead of a refund. What I received from them today was a 2cent rubber washer (see image)!!!! There is NO WAY he was confused that I wanted a washer when all of our conversations were around how the washing machine does not have separate wash levels ... it ALWAYS fills to the top regardless of the setting. This is how they treat customers?????? 5/29/29 - I got a response from the seller that L1 fills to that top, which is opposite of what the machine says. By that logic, L8 should then be minimum. NOPE! It also fills to the top. L6 also fills to that top, and each level, by measure of my videos fill for about 3'40". Amazon won't let me submit a second video, so you can't see L8 filling to the top, but I added a screen shot of it. 5/28/23 - I set the Water Level to 2 (1 and 2 are categorized as Minimal). Eight is the highest. As you can see, it fills to the top. This defeats the purpose of buying the machine so I can save on water, soap, softener, etc. Asking for a replacement and will post how that goes. ... show more

Purchased this washing machine for my studio apartment since the building where I live only has one washing machine for 16 units - I love it, as it is simple to use and keeps my clothes very clean. The drum inside is about the same size as a commercial washing machine because it doesn't have the bar in the middle that separates clothes - instead, it's just a big empty space - so I use washing machine balls instead to help separate the clothes - the machine is very powerful & cleans just as well as a commercial washing machine & my clothes always come out clean ... Only complaint is that this size I ordered (17.6 pounds - the largest model) only came in the color gray at the time of purchase. But I see others here who have purchased the washing machine in white - I would have loved to have had the machine in the color white because it would have matched my color decor better than the gray - also, the cord is too short so I have to use an extension cord - so they should make these with longer cords - but those are my only complaints (which have nothing to do with the functionality of the washer itself). Best investment ever because it's saving me so much money and time . Love this washing machine - just wish all the models came in white at the time of purchase. And having to use an extension cord was not a big deal ... . Only suggestion I would make is that there be a pocket in the back of the washer where the cord can be tucked in. ... show more

I know it’s “just a washing machine” but as a busy mom in a an apartment with a new baby the convenience of having a washer in my apartment is beyond words!! This machine WORKS. No leaks, at all, and everything came included, instructions clear, videos to follow on youtube if not. Again this thing WORKS. Also my whole house smells good now that I’m regularly doing laundry inside and I use tyler glam co detergent. I washed a queen blanket and duvet cover with no issues. Capacity is wonderful. I do 7 loads back to back usually and this thing can handle it! If you’re in the market for a washer I sincerely urge you to get this one! ... show more
