For apartments or other small spaces this is a very nice machine. The washer drum was surprisingly large, and can easily fit a week's worth of clothes. I find though that it works best when not overloaded and filled to the top, so I only ever fill clothes a little more than half way up, and Ill just wait to do a second load. Also, use LESS detergent than you think. More detergent does not mean cleaner, it just means your clothes will dry very stiff, and youre just wasting money. With this size, I never use more than the 2 Load mark on the detergent cap, and its works great. Add a little bit on vinegar to the first rinse cycle to really wash away any soap residue and clothes will be softer without tumble drying. The machine is quieter than expected, and has operated flawlessly. Very happy with this purchase, at a very good price! Will pay for itself in about 4-6 months I imagine, by avoiding the $15-20 at the laundromat every week. ... show more

I'm happy I purchased this little washer for my apartment. It is pretty compact but has a decent capacity. It holds about a small to medium load in a full-sized washer. Using only a quarter of the detergent, I still feel it cleans my clothes well. I find it easy to use although the manual is a bit vague in some areas. There are 10 program settings: 1) Common (wash, rinse x3, spin = 44 min), 2) normal (wash, rinse x2, spin =45 min), 3) Quick (wash, rinse x2, spin = 23 min), 4) blanket (soak, wash, rinse, spin = 63 min), 5) air dry (spin 10-90 min), 6) soak, 7) wash, 8) spin, 9) wash and rinse, 10) rinse and spin. I've only tried settings 1-5, but the rest of them seem to be just the basic functions separated in case you want to customize your wash. I was surprised at how well the drain pump works. I am able to drain the machine into my kitchen sink, which I also use to supply the water. The air-dry function is like an enhanced spin cycle, so it isn't going to get your clothes dry enough to wear or put away. I ran it for the 60-minute cycle and it removed about 500 ml of water, so it's not nothing. However, you will need to either put them in an actual dryer or hang them up. I air dry my clothes normally, and I would say that it cuts down on some time on the rack. Some clothes (like knits) will be pretty dry while others (like jeans) will need several hours to dry on their own. Tips: Use only 1/4 of the detergent you would normally use. Add any liquid softener to the first rinse cycle. Don't overfill the drum--I leave a couple of inches of the washing tub visible. If you have to move it at all to work the machine, you should get a little wheeled dolly for it. It's pretty heavy to move on a regular basis. It's not impossible to move; it's just a pain. If you drain into a higher place, I would recommend emptying the last bit of water trapped in the hose into a small, lower container. Just a little doesn't make it to the sink. Pro: It's compact and washes a good amount of clothes. You can save a lot of detergent and money spent at the laundromat. Cons: The drainage pump and end-cycle/button sounds are a bit loud, and it is too heavy to move on its own on a weekly basis. ... show more

I had this for about a month of so and this is blessing,Spin cycle .. man clothes about dry before u put it in dryer .. ALOT of time saved versus the one I had before with a twin washer n spinner.I love this ,no leaking ,no nothing but good washing.Its Quiet too!!!!!

I chose this product after doing some research on different products, so I knew it was going to be a good one, but it is even better than what I expected! The size is perfect for apartments and dorm units, and it can even fit in a small closet despite that the machine has a pretty large capacity. The machine has 10 different modes (programs) with different washing/drying cycles; for instance, the "Normal" mode is 45 minutes and it washes the clothes for about 20 mins, then rinses them twice, and finally spins them to make them as dry as possible. The drainage works perfectly and I don't have any problems with draining from the machine to higher places. Moreover, the machine is not very heavy and can be moved pretty easily. I bought this washer with a dryer! I was super sketchy about making this decision but I was wrong!! I would never go back to full size units again!! These machines work amazing!! If you have any doubts get the biggest one you will not be disappointed!!!
