I tried the Nicorette lozenges for about a month and they helped curb my cravings. They're not all that tasty and leave a sticky residue inside your mouth where placed. I guess if you follow all the tears and do the step down program it helps kick the habit

As with many who get this, I got these to help quit smoking. First time I ordered these, I ended up getting the gum instead of the lozenges on accident. No worries, anything to help me quit - the gum was fine. Second time I ordered these, I ended up getting the lozenges like anticipated. Decided to try one and, uh, yeah, no. The mint flavor for these is WAY too strong. Felt like my throat was burning and closing up, and I had to cool it down with some water. So I guess if you don't mind a burning mint flavor for nicotine lozenges, then I guess these are for you. If you'd rather NOT have the feeling of your throat burning while trying to quit, try something else. ... show more

Helps with cravings and withdrawal, but the taste is very intense and lingers. I found them effective, but not pleasant to take. Might work better for someone less sensitive to strong mint.
