I feel my craving melt away just like if I smoked a cigarette, and my breath is always fresh. They don't burn like the gums, and they give me control over cravings when I need it. The mini size is definitely superior to the full size lozenges. The full size ones feel awkward and I always find myself chewing them. They amount of mint in these seems quite excessive and make altoids seem bland. The child safety cap is rather difficult to open.
