I had been smoking for about 15 years when I decided that it was too expensive and just so bad for my health. I started in 2009 when I was almost 30 (after a 7 year marriage from hell), and I quit buying cigarettes in 2023. I used nicotine vapes for almost a year after, but then all the research coming out saying how vapong was as bad if not worse than actually smoking cigarettes, I decided to ditch those too, but the withdrawal from the nicotine and just habit itself was not pleasant at all. I remembered that my mom had quit smoking back when I was a teenager, and she had tried the patches, but after she went to sleep one night with one on and my dad woke up with it on him the next morning, she switched to the gum and after about six months of that she was just done with nicotine all together. So, I tried the patches, they really didn’t stay on very well, and honestly I couldn’t tell if they were doing anything as I was still craving cigarettes, so I swapped to the Amazon brand of nicotine gum. They were very good value for money, and a single box lasted a long time, it took me over six months to go through two boxes of 30. I was strapping for money when it came time to finally get some more, and by this point I was down to maybe one or two a day and could sometimes go a day or two without any, so I got this much smaller box of the brand name stuff. The gum pieces are smaller, but 4mg a piece, and I have had this box for over three weeks and still have a few left. I will definitely buy them again, as they taste better than the Amazon brand, the feeling of the nicotine lasts longer, and the flavor lasts longer as well. I got the mint flavor and after my next box I don’t think I will need them anymore, though the nicotine does help with my ADHD, so I might just have some on me for if the cravings hit. Nicotine gum helped me kick that bad habit to the curb, and I have an addictive personality, so if they helped me, I think they can help just about anyone! Good luck with quitting, you owe it to yourself, your health, and your loved ones to at least try! If I can quit, SO CAN YOU! I believe in you, you’ve got this!!

I smoked for 42 years up to 2 packs a day in the last 3 years. I tried patches and they didn't work. This gum has been a life saver. Definitely curbs my cravings. The flavor is good and lasts a long time. Price is much better than what you can find at the store. It sometimes causes a little indigestion. I love this gum, I love the flavor so much. Im not a former smoker, I use it because there is a study that nicotine might actually help treat ulcerative colitis. So I chew two at a time bc the gum is so small, two just feels better in my mouth. I chew it till it tingles and then I park it behind/between my front teeth instead of between my cheek and gums, that way I never get any discomfort there like others have said. I think the flavor is incredible, probably bc regular gum has too much flavor, it grosses me out. Anyways havent tried the off brands yet, I can't comment on comparing them, but I m a huge fan of the nicorette ice mint. Doesnt even make me dizzy or anything its just like better tasting normal gum that could potentially have health benefits. You shouldnt chew two like me if this stuff males you feel sick, I have an abnormally high tolerance for everything so I dont feel anything when I chew two.

It works fine for me. It’s easier to purchase on Amazon compared to driving to the grocery store. I noticed it helps my cravings significantly and the box is child safe which is a nice consideration. I will continue to purchase this brand. The shipping was fast about 2 days. The taste and quality is better than store brand in my opinion. I think the value for money is good considering the prices have raised so much in everything. Obviously it’s hard to quit but this creates an alternative for those who are trying.
