The master link was oddly shaped on arrival but I installed anyway. The link came off and vanished of course while riding. I Contacted Mishon Corporation and got a response from Mike, to my surprise they don't sell the master links separately. The chain is maybe a month old and there feedback was to repurchase another chain just for the master link! Please read below for the response I received from Mishon Corporation. I purchased this chain after amassing 5800 recreational miles on my Sur Ron using an O ring chain. Since X rings are new which were developed in the 2000's and O rings in 1973 I thought I'd try one. WAY less friction than the O-Ring chain I had. That's important on a small electric bike. It was a little noisy for the first 100 miles or so, but has gotten MUCH quieter over time.

It fits perfectly. I didn't weight it, but it also seems lighter than the stock chain. Most people buy these to reduce the friction from a chain's 0-rings. Indeed the links on this chain move more readily than the stock o-ring chain. So far, so good, right? NOT QUITE. I bought this to cut-down on chain noise. I read several other reviews that say this chain is quieter than the stock o-ring chain. After I installed this I do not hear *any* noise difference. Certainly nothing akin to a "dramatic" reduction in noise. Aside from that it seems to be a fine chain. And the little x-ring o-rings are just adorable. ... show more

Installed on a CRF150rb and after a 20 mile ride, chain stretched a minimal amount. Only had to make a small adjustment. Noticed the master link was beefier than master link and chain that I replaced.
