These panels are well made, thick and great at blacking out the light. My only complaint is that they require a lot of work to get the creases out. I tried to iron one panel and because you have to use low heat, I just couldn’t get the creases out. So I got an old pillow case, soaked it in water and tossed it in the dryer with 2 of the panels and ran them on low heat for 40 minutes. They’re not perfectly smooth, but it worked better than an iron. My panels are 52x90 in the Linen color which is definitely darker than the picture shown but they are very nice panels and I would recommend them.

Light coverage: These curtains work just as they are described. When I close the curtains, no light comes through except for the holes where they are put on the rod. This was the most important aspect of their performance that I had in mind when I ordered them. Sound: I live on a decently busy street and these curtains do well at dampening the noise level. Obviously, they don’t completely mute the sound, but it has helped me focus and sleep. This wasn’t something that I was thinking about when I ordered them, but I am pleasantly surprised! Light reflection: Since I put these curtains up, I have noticed that my room has been much cooler during the day. The curtains get warm and do a good job at making sure the sun doesn’t turn my room into an oven. This also wasn’t something that I was thinking about when I ordered them, but I am equally pleased as with the noise dampening! Form & Color The curtains came folded pretty tight and have retained some of their creases from shipping. This doesn’t look great, but I don’t mind; plus, I expect them to disappear shortly after getting heated by the sun and hanging underneath their own weight. The color is exactly what is looks like in the pictures and is just what I was expecting. Price: Don’t get me wrong, these curtains are great, but I feel like maybe I could’ve gotten away with ordering a cheaper set and gotten similar satisfaction. That being said, I am very happy with them and won’t be sending them back for a different set. Overall solid purchase. 5 stars.

NICETOWN Stone Blue Full Shade Faux Linen Curtain Panels 95" Long, Pair of Energy Smart & Noise Blocking Out Blackout Drapes for Guest Room Window, Thermal Insulated Lined Window Dressing (52 inch) These curtains were maybe a teeny bit more blue than pictured (which is a good thing for me). The color and texture remind me of light denim. The stitching, hems, and grommets are all very good quality. Note that each panel is 52 inches wide, and you recieve 2 panels. Are they 100% blackout? I'm not sure about that. They certainly do block out a significant amount of light. But my living room has a lot of windows that do not have blackout curtains on them so it's hard for me to judge if these curtains are blocking 100% of light coming in through my back door. Are they noise blocking? That's a weird selling point to me. I guess they block sound as well as any curtain does. There doesn't seem to be anything particularly special about them in that regard. Theyr'e certainly not as thick and noise-blocking as a velvet theater curtain would be.

We had a bedroom in the house that got really hot during the summer; had those old vinyl blinds that don't do anything to block the sun or the heat. We replaced them with these curtains, and the room was so much cooler! The only little bit of light coming in was from the grommets at the top, but I think that will be the case of anything in this sort of design. The color worked so nicely in our room, and the texture of the linen looks really lovely in the window.

This NICETOWN Full Blackout Faux Linen Curtain Panels Set does a great job blocking out the light when fully closed. The fabric looks decent and they have an inner light blocking layer. Because they are grommet style curtains though, their light blocking ability is highly dependent upon the height of the curtain rod. If it passes too low to the window then light will shine through the gaps between the rings and rod. So the curtain rod must ideally be positioned approximately at least six inches above the top of the window opening. We ordered the 'natural' color and it was not exactly as expected. The 'linen' color probably would have been better suited for us but the color issue will not affect our rating.

I like the ease of the grommets at the top. The color is kind of flat. I expected a little bit of a sheen. But there’s none at all. I also expected a vinyl type backing. This is just regular looking fabric and I did not expect much. But boy did it prove me wrong! These are blackout! They blend I. With my walls too well. But other than that, these impressed me.
