I used these thicker farmhouse style curtains in my kitchen that I purchased from target about five years ago, and those curtains were on the thicker side did not really let light through as easily but unfortunately did not let the breeze through either. I purchased these curtains with the hopes of improving the lighting that filtered through the windows, as well as improving how much breeze could get through the kitchen, And these have been a game changer. They are sheer so if you are looking for privacy, I would not recommend them for that unless you double them up in the evening you can see them not completely clearly. They work well. They are very lightweight so the breeze, although gentle can open the curtain on its own which can be a little frustrating. Still debating if I should get a second set to double line these curtains but overall, I think they are great for the price and they look fabulous. Really lovely curtains, perfect texture and sheer level is excellent. Desert yellow is more dark mustard yellow/brown, but still nice shade. Not happy about where they put the tag on a shear curtain, could have been smaller or placed more inconspicuously.

The media could not be loaded. These are great quality curtains! They are a thick linen feel but still sheer enough to let in light. They do knock out the glare of the sun. They aren't terribly wrinkled but can use some steam or a dryer toss... the color is a described. These are my 'go to' curtains. I've probably ordered 10 pair since my initial order. The weight makes them hang nicely. They are packaged well and shipped promptly. They look high end so the cost is well worth it!
