These were exactly what I wanted, but I unfortunately I measured wrong and had to send them back. Returning was a breeze, and I had no issues. They were heavy and thick for a blackout effect. Durable for sure. They had fold creases in them, so they would have needed to be either washed or ironed, but since I didn't keep them, I obviously didn't do that. The size would have fine had I measured right, but the look, fabric, and color were exactly what I want. ... show more

These curtains are the perfect balance of light filtering during the day and providing privacy at night. They are heavy enough to help keep the cold out in winter and heat in summer! Decorative and east to install with the wide rings. Nice soft material!

I don't have an actual thermometer to scientifically test if this cooled my room, but just from sitting there alone, I believe that it does help somewhat. The curtains have a nice weight to them, and the grommets for the curtain rod to go through appear to be well-made. My only gripe, and the reason this is receiving 4 stars instead of 5, is that light does somewhat permeate through the fabric. Yes, it blocks out MOST of the light, but the ambient glow from these still illuminate my room. Maybe I would have had a better result if I had chosen black colored blackout curtains, but we'll just have to see next time around. Overall, these are still very decent considering the price. I absolutely love the fabric, it feels amazing set it up in the living room and bedroom gonna order another set for the rest of the house😅😹. It’s lightweight, it’s the perfect size and it feels very durable. It also blocks out the sunlight from what I’ve noticed it made the rooms feel cooler too.

I love these. I got them for my version window, I hated being in there at night knowing someone could see my shadow. I also keep my house pretty dark during the day to save on heating. These let zero light through. They are a silky material, and very pretty.
