Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love this hair I placed my order at 3am and received it at 8am. Great quality overall minimal shedding and the lace is very breathable. When I first ordered this wig, the hair was soft and silky and beautiful and lasted a long time. . This time when I ordered the hair, I was very disappointed.. pulling it out of the bag it was soft and silky, of your washing and toning it and starting to straighten it is when I noticed 90% of the hair is a synthetic blend, and it started melting… I tried to make it work anyways, but I literally have to carry a brush on me because every 30 minutes it starts to get frizzy and tangle. Im pissed, and won’t be ordering again. I hate when vendors do that.
