I had to slightly grind away some material from the starter motor mount on the crankcase to allow no interference between the carburetor and the crankcase. Used on a 1996 xr80 with a BBR big bore kit. Had some trouble mounting and had to cut a number plate but it fired right up once I got it on after installing 95cc big bore kit. Used all summer without issue. Hopefully add gas and go this spring!
