I had bought other pillow protectors in the past and they've all had the same issue of failing zippers. These however have not. After more than a year of heavy use the zippers still going strong. Besides that they work well at keeping my pillows clean and they have kept them dry and protected from spilled drinks as well. I also dye my hair quite often and have experienced no bleeding through onto my pillow with these in place. I highly recommend these if you're looking to keep your pillows looking like new. They do run slightly smaller than others I've used before but not so small they don't fit the intended pillow size.

Wash up nicely. Fit the pillow well, not too tight so easy to put on. I was worried that my husband would complain if they crinkled, but they are fine. Zipper is well done. They are smooth on the outside and rather plastic on the inside so I turn them out and hang to dry, and they dry fast. No issues with sleeping on them, they are comfortable.

Haven’t experienced the effectiveness of the waterproof features yet. But as far as texture I was expecting these to be more fabric style than plastic. Once zipped shut they hold a lot of air inside ie don’t deflate or collapse under pressure as quickly as a pillow without this protective case would. I thought this would be an issue for my kiddo to get comfortable, but it doesn’t seem to bother her at all. Hoping the waterproof feature is true ti advertisement.
