Seat is very sturdy when connected to wheel base! Very comfortable and easy adjustment. I'm a medium sized guy and just barely fit in the seat comfortably. If your of larger build keep this in mind when purchasing!

I can see why a bunch of people say this is overprice and I tend to agree. Nothing special about it for 3 structural piece and a chair. Set up is pretty easy and I'm glad they included a 13 mm wrench. Took about an hr. Guide is easy to follow. The issue comes to mounting the seat addon to the wheel stand. One side was easy to screw in, but I struggle with the other side not lining up completely. I ended up using my impact drill to force it to line up. Seats are basic. I wish there were some lumbar support. It doesn't glide well on the tracks. Probably needs some lube. Also still trying to find a good driving position. I did put the whole rig on caster so I can easily move it around my place. Overall, good addition to the wheel stand if you already have one. But I would probably look at another rig if I had to do it all over again. I only docked a star because I've been on the fence on the ecosystem. It's good but not great.

I bought this add on seat for my next level racing wheel stand 2.0 and it works excellent. Put it together in less than a hour and I also have it on caster wheels. I'm 6'5 240lbs. The seat makes my tailbone hurt after a while, but with a seat pillow it's all good. Would buy again and recommend it to friends.

Purchased a Next Level Wheelstand 2.0 and Fanatec Wheel base and pedals first as I wanted to see if I'd really get in to Sim racing. So addictive! I purchased the GT seat add on to complete the cockpit. Easy installation, very comfortable and great quality! Highly recommend.

After having the Wheel Stand 2.0 for 2 years, it was finally time to upgrade! This is a great companion piece to the Wheel Stand, it's comfortable, looks great, and really feels as stable as a modular add-on to a free standing piece like the Wheel Stand 2.0. However, I felt like the assembly was a bit odd; the part that connects the chair to the stand is a bit fussy, and even with the adjustable feel, it feels like the wheel stand is higher off the ground than the chair. Also, the adjustability is a bit hard because you can't adjust the height of the wheel independently from the distance from the user since the Wheel Stand extends out on an angle. I wish for it to be closer to me, but when I get the desired distance, it is a bit too high. But that is more of an issue the wheel stand, not the chair, and it seems like a trade off for having something you can upgrade versus a full on cockpit.

Im 6 feet tall 220lbs, this char is way too narrow for me. Buyer beware, this seat is extreamly uncomfortable. NLR is an amazing company on the other had, the plastic cover for the reclining mechanism was completely shattered when it arrived. NLR was very quick to replace.

Added this recently to my NLR Wheelstand DD and it works great and was very easy to add on. I took the path of building out my rig slowly rather than purchasing a full kit and this seat was a great 'next' addition.
