Very disappointing. The blanket came nicely packaged and it is a wonderful fluffy sherpa blanket that is super soft. It is supposed to have 4 levels of heat and eun 2/4/6/8 or 10 hrs. No matter what temp leve we set it on it only heated up to a luke warm temp for the upper half of my side and only part of his. The rest of the blanket does not warm up at all. We went through the troubleshooting steps however, this did not change anything. I connected wirh Amazon support who directed me to contact the seller to request replacement or refund. The seller did not respond to me. Amazon customer service has refunded me and sent me a shipping label to return the blanket. Super bummed because it is a beautiful blanket, just doesnt work. ... show more

I got this to replace a much older one for our guest room and it's lovely! Like all the temperature options and the dual controls. We don't live in a super cold climate however our guest room gets quite cold due to it having 3 exterior walls so this is perfect. I recommend this electric blanket.

I got this to replacing having to my old one that goes under your fitted. I will say it is very soft, but even the lowest setting gets a BIT too hot. I ended up disconnecting it, and I may gift it to my mom as it's not safe to use with my dog laying with me.

    • HORRIBLE Cord if you want to use it as a bed blanket

This could've been a great heated blanket for my 87yo dad. It's nice looking and super soft. However, the cord for this queen blanket on a queen bed is terrible. The controller and the outlet are all in one cord. Not only does he have to climb over it to get in bed, but the length of cord for the controller end is too short! It comes to about 2 feet below the top of the blanket so it just has to sit on the floor. ????? So if my dad wants to adjust it at night, he'll have to sit up in bed, retrieve it from where it's dangling on the floor and then change the temperature. OR he can have it in bed with him at about thigh level which will be super comfortable every time he rolls over on it. I tried putting the bottom of the blanket at the top of the bed, which is better for reaching the controller, but the connectors are now up at his face along with having to climb under the cord to get into bed. My dad hates packaging, so he already cut up the box and threw it away. I wish I could return this as it would go back IMMEDIATELY. What a stupid design for the most important part of a heated blanket. ... show more

Washing is a breeze, unplug the controller, toss it in the machine, and voila! For a longer lifespan, air drying is great, but even tossing it in the dryer works fine too. ... show more
