My 2 and 4 year old love this dump truck so much! It’s durable, doesn’t get stuck, and has multiple speeds as the kids age or gain better control. I love having the remote control to easily stop the kids or redirect them quickly if I need to. A part on the truck stopped working and we reached out to customer service and got a response within a day but even better they sent the replacement part for free and we got it in a few days! I’m super impressed with the dump truck but was extremely thankful that the customer service was so helpful!

This thing is tough. Got it for Christmas and my little dude has spent countless hours on it. He hauls dirt, our 50lb bags of chicken feed, and his brother. Loves the radio and dump options. It charges fast and I was impressed with how long it holds that charge.

IF IT BREAKS UP WILL HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING TO RETURN IT. USE A DIFFERENT VENDOR!! We took the vehicle out three four times around our neighborhood school. It was working fine but it looks like the screw because loose (we tried tightening it but didn't help) and we went to take it out for the fifth time and my son couldn't turn the wheel its as if the power steering motor stopped working but it still makes a sound like it is working. My son is pretty disappointed that Santa brought him a toy that broke 5 days into having it. If you have another vehicle that you are controlling with a remote the vehicle might mid-drive switch to the remote (even a remote control car) and you will be controlling them both or jump just to the construction vehicle. Definitely not safe if you drive near any roads. One last thing they do not send you a lock washer, split washer, or locking nuts so it seems that the vibration from the vehicle loosens them. I installed split washers and but glue on the front axles as they were loosening up. We loved it while it was working.
