The vehicle worked great for a few months, but then it quit working all together and would not move or go into gear. The customer service was incredible they sent a replacement part it did not work, but they sent a replacement vehicle in the mail. I am very impressed with the customer service.

My boys love this truck! It is fast and the dump feature is awesome. I had issues about 3 months into having it and reached out customer service. They trouble shot with me. After replacing multiple things, they ended up sending me another. Overall, great customer service!

Purchased in 2025 and dump bed stopped working immediately. Last summer I had to replace multiple forward/ reverse switches, one pedal switch, two motor drives, and when I pulled it out of the garage this spring after fully charging the truck would not turn on at all. Luckily I purchased the protection plan and was able to get my money back to buy a different car (this time with front and rear suspension and 4x4) also through the same seller. Seller was always very helpful with getting parts, but my opinion is save your money and buy something else

Awesome! The truck has 3 speeds and it goes relatively fast.The LED lights are decently bright. And the dump body works. Great, we put some logs in it. And it had no problems unloading them having. The wireless controller is an amazing feature for multiple reasons. One of them being if your kid is a little too small to be driving on their own, you can still drive them with the remote, it also gives you control with the park stop button.

This truck was rather simple to put together even with my 2 year climbing all over it and myself during assembly. My husband and I were able to get this put together in about an hour with all the distractions of my son being wild in between. My main complaint is that the button on the dash is backwards, for "forward" actually makes it go in reverse and "back" actually makes it go forward. I do not have any batteries at the moment and will have to pick some up before I can test if that will be the same for the remote control. My son loved it as soon as it came out of the box without it being assembled. He has plenty of room to grow with this truck for quite a few years to come if it holds up. Could easily fit two smaller children, he is two and my niece is three they fit together with a bit of wiggle room at that. I do wish the steering was not centered since there is room for two children and two seatbelts. The truck has some "get up and go" to it for sure so be careful of the little ones taking off too fast or possibly hitting something and falling out, make sure they wear the seatbelts provided for that reason. The music is a great addition that my son really loves. The latch on the dump bed and using the joystick at the same time is a bit too advanced for smaller children. I will likely have to disassemble and take the latch out for the time being because my son loves raising and lowering the dump bed on this truck. The shovel is a great addition to really finish off the look of this truck. I will recommend this to family and friends.
