Everything is what I expected. Nice construction etc. however the temperature probe only goes to 120 degrees and my recipe calls for 165. Currently cooking my first loaf. Will see how it goes. Well it never got above 75 degrees. I checked it with another gauge I had and it showed 175 so maybe it already accounts for 100 for starters. ... show more

The piece with the spring that is suppose to come out is stuck to the bottom of this can that is much little than the actual picture of this product. I could not use this product and now I’m stuck with it cause I opened it some weeks after delivery
