It a decent computer for the price. Works good, only complaint is the battery goes dead in 2 day even when you don't uses it. (My last computer was a Chromebook and would last for more then a week without use) the key board is a bit different on size and organization then I was used to so that's taking getting used to. I was very wary about getting another HP laptop since the previous one I got only lasted 2 years. Assuming that was just bad luck, I purchased another one because it did get some good reviews and it looked like the size and power that I needed. But it too died with absolutely no warning. That power LED light was on when it was plugged in and charging but it would not power up and I tried all of the tech resources, tips and tricks. When I opened up the casing to reveal the battery, which was the last thing on the checklist , it was clear to me that this was not a new product. All the screws were corroded and mismatched. Someone had been in there before. At this point I'm pretty sure that I was sold some sort of recycled product that said it was new. Never again will I purchase an HP product. ... show more
