I like the taste and will take some daily. I cannot attest to the benefits yet but will update when I can. It came quickly and was well sealed. It is expensive but if it has true health benefits it may be worth it.

I’m t works great. It had over 800 MGO and one spoon daily is enough. Texture is soft and it feels like regular honey. It is on the pricier side but definitely worth it.

I purchased this honey specifically for the the purported health benefits, as I felt yet another respiratory infection coming on last weekend that developed into a cough- usually the point of no return for me. This would be my 4th in as many months, and a record for me, someone who might typically get one cold a year. I work in a school and I’ve really built up my immunity over the years to all of the common pathogens, but this year has been quite the outlier (maybe coming out of the COVID bubble…who knows). Anyway, in addition to all of the other strategies I employ to keep illness at bay (green smoothies, zinc, other vitamins, proper rest, etc) I thought I might try Manuka honey with a higher MGO rating of 850. First, the taste is so delicious, I’ve been opting to eat it right off the spoon (for the expense, I may as well really enjoy it), although I enjoyed it in lemon ginger tea as well. It has a richer, more enhanced flavor than “regular” local honey, which I also have on hand and consume regularly. Second, it has a lovely flowy creamy texture, that allows it to be poured. Most importantly, my cough was no longer present after 2 or 3 days. Anecdotal evidence? Definitely. Placebo effect? Perhaps. But reading the many, many reviews from multiple sources about the positive effects of this stuff has certainly convinced me. I will be keeping a jar on hand at all times to start taking as soon as I feel any illness onset. ... show more
