These scrubbers are about twice the size of similar scrubbers available at the grocery store. I received mine in early May and am still using the first half of one a month later and it's still going strong. Since these are so large, I cut the scrubber in half and have been using half of it. It powers through stuck on, burnt on gunk on all my stainless pans. The price is much better than the grocery store. These are about a buck a piece and for how long they last, it's a great deal, Since I cut them in half, they'll last twice as long too. I shouldn't have to order any more for a couple of years. While the scrubbers themselves seemed well made, they were much smaller than what we needed, so we ended up returning them. If you're buying these for normal household dishes and cookware, I think they would work well. Love these things. Makes easy work of cleaning chores. These are actually a bit too large for kitchen/bathroom cleaning. I stretched them out and cut into 3 pieces. These would be excellent for cleaning deck, fence, boat hull, grill.... bigger outside jobs.
