Comfortable, don’t fall off. Automatic on-off is really nice. Minimal squealing. Charger is well designed. Sound quality isn’t great, esp speech recognition. Sound volume control is not easy to use, although it can be adjusted with a fingernail instead of a tiny screwdriver. Iter the product have very small ear canals. got expensive hearing aides through my health plan and after working hard, going in for new tips, and lots of adjustments, I gave up. I did find, on Amazon, and OTC set that works just fine but as they are over the ear, that makes glasses a bit of a problem and ear loop masks impossible to take off without knocking the hearing aides off. that said,, I thought to try the in ear variety. these came with 3 sized of tips and the smallest did not allow me to insert them so they were not stable. they came without reasonable (to me) customer support. To get to live help I would have had to register the product adding yet another complexity to my life. I did return them for these 2 reasons. From what I've read in customer reviews, small ear canals are a common problem, especially for in ear devices. Wish I could have kept them! ... show more
