Great product in theory. Well made and it has a nice design. It does NOT dispense Viva Brand Paper Towels. I would love to have had it work as our new kitten loves to use the paper towels as his personal chew toy...Had to return it based on the machine NOT being able to dispense Viva Brand Paper Towels.

This was an expensive item, but I thought the concept was worth it. Unfortunately, it lasted less than 2 years. At about a year of use, it started making a grinding sound. I moved it to my laundry room where it isn't used as much. Then, about 2 weeks before Christmas, after changing out for a new roll, it just stopped working all together. The grinding was worse, and it wouldn't stop dispensing the paper towels. I had to unplug it just to stop it. I reached out to the company and they said I was way past the warranty. So, I guess this company knows their products only last a short period of time.

I really like this product. It works great but make sure you’re using bounty or some other thin towels because I tried using viva towels there and it gets stuck the rollers get stuck and the towel gets stuck in there so it only works with thinner type of towels.Rose
