I'm on my feet 8-12 hrs/day and originally bought a pair for work. Truly helped ease my back, hip, knee & foot pain... to the point that on my days off (wearing what I thought were comfy shoes) the increased pain was quite noticeable. So, I got this second pair. The stability and comfort whether walking or standing long hours is great. I have narrow feet, ordered my usual size 9. Perfect, comfortable fit. Slip resistance is great. I was worried about the tread possibly peeling off the shoe since it wraps up the tie and heel but it seems secure so hopefully it won't be a problem. They seem very durable. Awesome shoe, fits great! Very lightweight and stylish, popular shoe and comfortable. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the New Balance logo emblem on the shoe is not leather, it’s part of the fabric, which makes the shoe looks cheaper, but that’s just my opinion. It’s a great shoe overall!

This is my 4th pair of this style sneaker. They are comfortable right out of the box and I have walked thousands of steps per day on cobblestone streets in Europe without issue.
