The shoes are comfortable, attractive and of good quality. I bought the same color and model five years ago, size 11 1/2, they seemed a bit small, my toes were very close to the end of the shoe. A different colored pair of NB's purchased at the same time had more room at the toes. This time I got size 12, and have a lot more toe room. The previous pair are still in excellent condition. They don't seem to wear out! I have worned New Balance shoes exclusively for over 20 years. I am a retired nurse. They always held up well, and were comfortable during my 8 and 12 hour shifts. I liked the "N" on the side. I liked to think it stood for "Nurse!". This is the second pair of New Balance sneakers I bought from Amazon. I like the grey suede. Very comfortable and fits great. Good arch support. I've done a lot of walking in these. Buy spray to protect the suede. Each pair lasted a while.

Comfortable and, like all NB shoes I've bought over the years, should last a long time. The "extra wide" (actually 4E, as it says on the inside label) is perfect for my wide feet, Only downside is laces are MUCH too long, making ridiculously big loops when tied.

I bought this pair (12W) on August 23, 2024 and they have been great to wear on my daily walks. I have walked nearly 2 million steps since then in these shoes and they have great durability. I rotate them with another pair that I bought on Oct. 27, 2024, which has helped reduce the wear and tear. I removed the insoles and replaced them with PowerStep ProTech Control Orthotic Insoles and my feet feel great. The weight feels great on my feet and I don't have any foot fatigue after walking 10,000-20,000 steps in them. The 12W are now too wide for my feet but I still highly recommend this shoe. They are easy to clean and still look good on the outside. On the inside, I've worn the heel area out. I purchased the White/Team Royal version in size 12. I loved these as they fit better as I've been losing weight. The downside, the inside cushioning around the heel and ankle is gone. Worn out. I guess roughly 2,000,000 steps is a bit too much for this pair. Nonetheless, I do recommend these 608s. ... show more
