New Balance 4E fits wide feet better than those shoes that stretched but not made for wide feet since once size fits all is not as good as one designed for wide feet. I was surprised that it was not the usual New Balance comfort for the inside bottom of the shoes. I will have to put my own insoles to compensate for the lack of comfort. However, the shoes are extremely light, and the fit is just about perfect so if the price goes back down to Black Friday levels, I would buy another pair. I only walk and ride bikes for exercise so I will not have remarks about support if I still played tennis and basketball. ... show more

Our son picked these out and thank goodness they got here quick. We have two dogs and one of them likes to hunt and attack shoes. I think he got into one of or both of our son’s shoes and chewed on them and they were unwearable. We ordered this pair and it got here quickly so our son could have a new pair of shoes. I've had these for two weeks and the soles are already worn down flat in spots. Don't buy if you plan on having any traction after a month of wear.
