I LOVE this product. Based on the other reviews it seems like some people are allergic to the proudct - if that's the case STOP using it and SEE your dermatologist! I used to have dry skin, but ever since I moved to the East Coast my T zone has gotten much oilier. The moisture has turned my skin into combination skin. A friend recommended this product, so I bought it off of Amazon and started using it once a day, in combination with a mint jubilee facemask once a week. It really worked wonders in clearing my breakouts I get on my forehead, nose, and chin. It does leave the skin feeling dry, so please use toner or moisturizer right after. This product works wonders on my skin - alongside the fruity smell and silky soft skin I get, I am definitely looking to purchase my second bottle. If you are looking for a less harsh product, I recommend Bliss Fabulous Foaming Facewash. It has marine extracts, smells wonderfully refreshing, and also leaves my skin feeling smooth. I used to use this to compliment my acne regime, but now that I'm on my own and can't afford the $70 set, I've tried to use this as a stand alone. It worked fine for a while, but now I'm beginning to break out again. It dries my face out to the point where I produce lots of excess oil, which I have never done before. ... show more

I dont really have much acne but i have never had a completely "clear skin" either but this has definitely helped a lot and now i only have one or two pimples at a time. it also hasn't dried my skin as bad as other products.
