I’ve been using this Neutrogena product for many, many years because it works. Very simple. No scent. Absorbs well into the skin. Great for mild issues and very dry skin. Put it on before you sleep and you’ll see improvement by morning. Keep at it!

Difficult to find in stores lately and I know this is the only cream that works for me, so I ordered this 4-pack from Amazon and I’m so HAPPY I did! This is holy grail hand cream. Not greasy, absorbs easily and even continues to protect hands from being chapped after a couple hand washes. Doesn’t irritate skin and heals skin quickly. My 4 year old inherited my sensitive skin and her hands had become very dry, red, cracked, and wind chapped. All the hand washing and outdoor play in the cold winter mornings were destroying her baby hands! We used this hand cream once or twice a day and after one week, her hands were 100% healed and back to normal. She typically hates creams and lotions, but happily applies this hand cream because it’s not greasy or irritating and she knows it helps her hands feel nice. Definitely will continue to purchase! Better than any other hand cream or balm I’ve ever used!

I've spent so much money on moisturizing products that claim to be scent-free or fragrance-free and they weren't. I'm extremely sensitive to anything scented or has a fragrance. I sniffed it before putting some on expecting another disappointment. I was shocked that it really and truly had no smell. And it moisturizes! My hands can get very dry. I use a pea-size amount, sometimes a tad bit more if my hands are really rough, rub it into my hands and BOOM, it's done it's job. I don't have to keep rubbing my hands together like I have to do with other lotions and creams. This one soaks into the skin immediately. It's thick but it rubs in easily and doesn't leave the skin feeling sticky or oily. Even though it says it for hands, I use it on my elbows and heels with the same results. Unfortunately, it's expensive and only comes in this size but finding a product that meets my specific needs far outweighs the price. Fortunately, it lasts a long time! I highly recommend it whether you're chemically sensitive or not. I put 5 stars for scent because there is none.

Best ever moisturizing cream! I’ve extremely dry skin from diabetes and have had to apply lotion on my arms and feet daily for decades. A sample of Neutrogena Norwegian Formula was given to me by my dermatologist. It’s great on its own but I use such a lot that I thinned it with products I have on hand. Voila! Perfection! This product is what I use nightly in my 3 equal part homemade moisturizing concoction. One part Neutrogena Norwegian Formula, one part any moisturizing lotion and one part body oil. I keep it next to my bed in a 2 cup jar. My skin feels like velvet now. This mix softens better even than using it straight from the tube, which felt a tiny bit sticky at first.

I’ve used this hand cream for many years after getting out of the water aerobics pool- it helps rejuvenate and soften the bottoms of my feet (covered with socks, of course).

First the product is called a "hand cream" but I think Neutrogena should change the name to Moisturizer Cream because you can use this stuff on any part of the body - even your lips. As for the effectiveness this cream is very good. It does a very good job at relieving dry, rough skin. I love the fact that it's fragrance free - I don't like putting anything on my body with too much scent in it and prefer products that are fragrance free. I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because the product is almost a little too thick and leaves my hands a little greasy and slippery.
