I keep this in my shower and use it to moisturize before I get out the shower. It’s very lightweight and has a light scent. I have eczema and this keeps my skin from drying out and leaves it soft when I get out the shower so I can do my face skincare routine, then I usually go in with my other body moisturizers. I have been using this product for years. It layers very nicely with other scents you may want to use. This oil is light and absorbent and does not stain your clothing or sheets at night. It only leaves behind a nice scent that works with your body chemistry.

I use this while wet from my shower daily. It helps lock in the moisture and keep my skin hydrated daily. Also is very good to use as a massage oil. No petroleum products to worry with. Great Smell.

Update - I finally got the pump to work, but only because I am so dogged when stymied. You have to really wrench the pump upwards with brute force- not the usual simple untwist to loosen process. Many would give up, as many have. Original review- I love the body oil itself and plan to make it a staple. The pump does not work, which is why I deducted one star. This seems to be a not uncommon issue. If I could figure out how to contact the seller, I would request a replacement pump. But again, the body oil itself is fabulous - lightweight, absorbs quickly and very effective. The smell is pleasant, but slightly more prominent than optimum if you use other scents or perfumes. I've been using 'Neutrogena Lightweight Body Oil' for 40 years now and I have the soft, smooth and healthy skin to prove it. After my shower I push the water off of my skin so I'm not wet, but still damp. Then I apply the Neutrogena Lightweight Body Oil to every inch of my skin except my scalp and face. After that I let my body AIR DRY while I apply facial serums, lotions, and blow dry my bangs. When I'm done I can dress. Thank you Neutrogena for my gloriously soft and smooth skin! ... show more
