First off let's just say this thing came to me completely smashed to bits. Amazon could have at least packaged this in a box or bubble wrap but makeup delivered by post office is always risky. Secondly the color is beautiful and it would be perfect if it had just a bit more pigment therefore it is more like a highlighter with a soft sheen great for dusting all over if you want to add a rosy flush to your complexion. I say this despite the fact that I am a fairly light skin tone... I have no idea how this would work or if it would even show up on medium to darker skin tones. I only was able to save this because I put it into an empty jar of facial cream and can dip my brush into the jar to sweep it around and then use it that way. I'm still tempted to try the darker shade. I gave it three stars because I respect Neutrogena brand and if it wasn't smashed when I got it then perhaps I'd be a little bit happier about it. You get what you pay for, if it wasn't such a low priced item I would have asked for a refund and returned it but I chose not to because it's less trouble for me. ... show more
