He asks for them every morning to get his day started. They don't make you feel weird or hyper, they just help you stay on task. I'm a 58 y.o. female and have been taking these supplements for 3 months now to help me focus with the increasing demands of my job and also to help me concentrate/study for some complicated insurance exams. I do feel like they've helped me with focus and retention. As far as the blue light filtering, it's hard to say as I still struggle with my computer screens but that doesn't mean it's not helping, it just means I still need other devices to assist such as tinted glasses for comfort. ... show more
