This product is amazing! There were no instructions, however there are several sponsored YouTubers that show you how to properly install it step-by-step. FYI, don't take any shortcuts. I “discovered” a more efficient way of installing the wiring and spent a good hour removing it all and deferring to the videos once again. I also bent one of the plastic strips, which greatly impeded the lighting. Thankfully, the customer service was very helpful and quickly sent me another one. So, did it take me several hours to properly install this? Yes, but that was partially my fault, but so worth it. I had the same kit for over a year and it looks just as vibrant as Day 1.

What absolute garbage. I’ll start by saying I’m an avid DIYer and have plenty of experience with LED lights. I spent an entire Saturday and an entire sunday trying to make these look good. I thought, with such good reviews and convincing Amazon listing, it must be me who is doing something wrong. I redid the dash strip twice (that’s 3 times total) because there is no adhesive tape that would stick to the part that they suggest you do it at in the video. I tried two other types of adhesive apart from the one they provide. I tried sticking the strip to two other parts of the dash, and there is just no way to get it to look even because you have to bend it at the end to be able to hide it in the side panel. The bulky, cheap silver things are a pain to hide and do not project the light evenly at all, even if the plastic tube was perfectly straight, which is impossible with trying to hide the cable. And instructing you to stuff 5+ cables into the center console is absurd. Sacrificing more than half the space in there is also absurd. The cables need to be long enough to plug it in in the back of the car, in the trunk. I also just saw the *same exact kit* on Amazon from other sellers for under $40. Just because they slap the word Tesla and an expensive price on the listing doesn’t make it a quality product. Don’t let these people scam you! I promise the good reviews and good looking photos look like trash in person because the way the tubes have to be bent to in order to be hidden bends the light very unattractively. Mine looked good in a photo too but did not look good enough to me in person. What a waste of time and energy.

Product has been fine and install was easy. Ordered back in October of 2024. It is May of 2025 and I have noticed some of the neon lights that illuminate the floor have gone out/changed colors. They offer a one year warranty from the date of purchase so I was able to email them and get a replacement sent quickly. The adhesive isn’t the best for the back seats (because it’s sticking to fabric) and I did need to buy my own double sided tape to make them stick but besides that I have no complaints.

To start off the new review. After submitting my first review, the customer service messaged me and was very helpful with most of my complaints. For that I will give the 4 stars. Amazing customer service. They even sent me a replacement product cuz I messed up mine. The product will do what it says it will do. Watching the online videos made by them made the install easy. My recommendation for cord management is to not undo the twist ties if you don’t have to. I only removed it for one of the longer cords for the dash light. Makes organizing easier. However I still have an issue with the adhesive tape because putting on the lights for the back of the seats they will not stick to the backseats. Stronger adhesive would fix that. Also the lights under the seat do not stick to the leather under the seats like it is supposed to. I ended up having to feel around for some metal spot but feel like I can barely see the light.

Overall it is a decent product for the price but like many of the other reviews said, the adhesive strip SUCKS!!!! I was having trouble especially with the back seats as the strip would just tuck completely behind the back seat cover and I’d have to fish it out and hold it down for a while. Even then, the glue was not secure enough to keep it in place so I’m sure in a few days or so the strips will come off or get tucked within the seat. I’m hoping it says but time will tell. In addition, there are 8 light cords themselves (4 for foot lights & 1 for dashboard, 1 for middle console & 2 for each back seat. All of those cords coming out of the underarm rest makes it hard to close the arm rest completely! I have to slam it down if I want to close it all the way but I’m afraid that will damage the cords. I did not want to completely unscrew the middle console to avoid the cords coming out of the arm rest and go through all that trouble in case the lights stop working. It would have been way better if there were only 2 cords coming out of the glove box and having them split off into the feet/seat lights. Teslas have a small panel on the sides of the arm rest and tucking 4 cords under that was pretty difficult!

Pretty good value for what you get. I ran out of double sided tape towards the end (by about a foot), so use that wisely! But a decent aftermarket option for the price :)

It's not hard to install but just be careful to not bend too much the liners and in the future if they find a way to make better way for cables or maybe a piece of something so we can hide the cables better it will be perfect maybe a box we can put under the passanger sheet or something. Brand is really nice when I need help bc of my fault they didn't make it a problem and help right away 👍👍 if you have a problem or something just mail them they will offer their help 👍👍 in the photo it's 50% brightness with well lit garage.

Instructions so hard to understand where to put all the cords and how to tuck them in so they’re less apparent. I had such a difficult time installing and didn’t even complete it.
