I love that Nest created a wall diffuser. The holder is smallish and installing the fragrance container is literally a snap. It will scent a smallish room with one but requires more of them if you want to scent a larger area. I just move mine to wherever I am. The free grapefruit scent refill has a horrible smell… for me… so I purchased the Moroccan amber, which I love. I hope Nest expands the line of refill scents, like the pumpkin chai.

First day I received and plugged the item in my entire first and second floor I could smell the scent 1.3.23 but now the scent is not as strong. I have it plugged by the entrance of my front door. I wanted it there to greet me with the welcoming scent. Now, I am greeted with very faint scent. Not sure if I am willing to spend another $25 on refills.

The scent is more intense than the candles and I love the Bamboo scent. I didn’t give this 5 stars because the scent doesn’t last as long as you would hope. The first 4 days the scent filled the house it was amazing but it just got weaker and weaker. We are at 12 days from initial plug in and now you have to be near it to smell it. If the refills weren’t so expensive this would be great but at almost $20 per refill that lasts 2 weeks you have to pause. I already bought the plug in so I’ll use this strategically by refilling it when I’m having company or if I’m going to be working from home for a week. No point in having it scent the house if no one is around to smell it. I’m hoping to find a more inexpensive substitute.

I had previously used Pura's for my home but after about 2-3 months of use, no matter how many times I put in a new fragrance, the scent was barely there. This led me to having to buy multiple Pura's to replace the ones that stopped working. This diffuser completely changed the way my house smells and feels. All you have to do is put in the scent and plug it into your wall for a month. The fragrance is so much stronger and lasts so much longer than the Pura did. I think this is one of Nest's most useful products and is more viable than purchasing a candle. I have repurchased more of these sets that include the diffuser and grapefruit refill to put in all rooms of my house. I will be repurchasing the scent refills and look forward to using the Birchwood pine scent for the holiday season. Grapefruit is also one of my favorite smells. It smells and clean and fresh and is not overpowering.

I was really looking forward to this because I love the grapefruit scent—it’s fresh and pleasant, just as described. However, I was very disappointed with the condition of the product when it arrived. There was no plastic seal or any kind of packaging, and both the diffuser unit and the fragrance bottle were visibly dirty. It looked used, honestly. I had planned to give it as a gift but obviously couldn’t in that state. I didn’t have time to deal with returning it, so I just let it go. Really unfortunate experience, especially for a product at this price point.

I love these wall diffusers because they are very effective and are easy to use. I find that they last longer than the wireless system and are easy to refill. The pink grapefruit fragrance is mild and fresh. Highly recommend!
