The media could not be loaded. This machine gives me mixed emotions. For the cost, I think the machine does its intended purpose, but not without complaint. I understand the use of plastic to drive the cost down, but unfortunately this did lower the sturdiness of the machine, which would limit it to home use in my opinion. Firstly, I adore the grinder. It has lots of grind settings and comes with a billow to clean it from the inside out. You can adjust the timer to accommodate how much you want to grind out or even pause it. It's a touch button, so super easy to use. The accessories it comes with are great and useful. The portafilter is a healthy 58mm and it has 1-2 cup interchangeable inserts. It also has a collar which I find helpful to keep the grounds in. The tamper works great and I do use it first before adding in my second tamper. Now, onto the machine. The portafiliter lock in is tough. I have to hold the machine down to lock it in and bc it's plastic, it's not very sturdy and the bottom pops off. I do like the cup warmer which I use for the froth cup and the water tank holds a good amount of water. The coffee shot poured nicely and had a good amount of crema. I do feel that this machine pours an excellent cup of espresso and would look aesthetically pleasing in videos which is something I'm working on. The grinder works very well and for the cost, isn't a bad combo coffee machine. I work with a Breville espresso machine every week and this Neretva doesn't do a bad job, again, considering the cost. I do think it's worth the splurge, if you are looking to elevate your coffee bar and can't spend $600 on a Breville. It's also a cute design. ... show more

    • Great ESPRESSO & CREMA but...
I am mad at the cheap quality build! This could have been great otherwise. The grinder is great and the espresso it produces is amazing with rich crema. Everything about this machine is wonderful until I go to touch the poor plastic build. I mean seriously? WHY? At this value, it simply isn't worth it for me. I have a better machine around the same value. There are better options in this range. ... show more

    • It does everything and makes a good cup of espresso - one of the best bean grinders I've seen
It was a little difficult getting everything set up as the instructions were a little hard for me to follow (and it was too early in the morning when I was trying to set it up), but once it was set up, it made a decent cup. The bean grinder is excellent. I had to back of the grind because it was too fine initially and made for too strong a cup. My biggest complaint is that the enitre thing is covered in plastic. I thought it was painted metal from the pics, but no - it is ALL covered plastic. I went back to my original espresso machine for that reason alone. I just couldn't handle the plastic. Otherwise, this is a great espresso maker! It's easy to setup and besides the plastic bits, the internals appear to be well made. I had to cycle the maker off during the first cup but after that the first brew came through STRONG and delicious. Came packaged well so no concerns there. Only time will tell for longevity but as long as you're not using tap water (calcium buildup), the stainless steel internals should last a very long time. ... show more

This espresso machine broke my heart. It is so beautiful in the pictures, but in person, not so much. The entire body is plastic. The most impressive part is the built in grinder, portafilter, and tamper. I wouldn’t recommend this machine because I’m unsure of how long it will last- it’s right beside of my stove since I don’t have a separate coffee bar or bakers rack, and I fear that a hot pan will touch it at some point and burn a hole in it. The reason this gets three stars is because functionally, it works well, but I just don’t see this holding up over time in a busy home and with the machine being mostly plastic, it’s not worth the price. ... show more

We love our Neretva Espresso Cappuccino Machine. What pure joy it is to make a delicious brew in the morning. This machine costs so much less than expensive machines and we are gob slap happy with the results. Our friends and family visitors are envious and delighted by their selected choice. Easy to set up and start using. Had to use the frother on the side to get the air out of the line to get it to dispense the espresso. Just read the directions and you won’t have any problems. Works amazing and you have everything you need in one machine.

    • Did not know coffee could be so good
The media could not be loaded. Over the past few years, my family has enjoyed coffee more and more. I purchased a few expresso machines from Amazon for my daughters and one for my youngest daughter's boyfriend as a birthday gift. They were not very expensive and we loved them all. My youngest daughter has become the barista of the house, even though my oldest really worked for some time in that area. When my youngest saw this, she was begging me to get it. As soon as it arrived, she went to work and made the first great cup. As you can see in the video, the coffee came out full and rich. We could not believe the taste. It was so much better than the other coffee makers and now we are trying to decide who gets to use it at their place. I was very impressed with the flavor and my girls said the coffee was better than the famous coffee place. Definitely five stars!!! ... show more
