This mini-drone was on sale, and with some "reward points" from my credit card, I was able to buy it for just $31. I'm 75 years old, and have zero experience with drones. Between the manual, and several Youtube videos I was able to figure out how to charge the 2 included batteries, insert the 4 AAA batteries into the remote, pair the drone to the remote by turning on the drone then moving the left joystick up and down, calibrate it, by moving both joysticks down at a 45 degree angle, install the app, then open my wifi settings on the cell phone where I installed the app, and click on the wifi listing that starts with NEHEME, and after it connects, I was ready to try to fly this durn contraption! I took it out to the back yard and the first thing I realized is that I don't want to practice with it when the dogs are around. My younger dog kept chasing it, and got too close once or twice and got whacked on the muzzle. Neither the drone or the dog were damaged. It's made for a beginner, but there's still a learning curve. My yard isn't that big and I ended up having to climb over a fence to retrieve it when it landing in my neighbors back yard. It's fun, and I think the next time I play with it, I'll find an open field where I have more room for my navigation mistakes. I uploaded a screen capture I created from one of the Youtube videos I watched because it's easier to see what the controls do than the tiny pictures in the user manual.

I really like the feel and responsiveness of the controller. The lights are very easy to see and look really cool. Battery life acceptable and fast recharge. Only thing I don't like is the camera holder does not stay closed when not in use.

Mostly happy with this purchase. I have had a low end Drone in the past and was looking for a beginner low cost drone that had real time video. This product certainly met those expectations. Written instruction on how to use the drone were very good and covered usage details well. The unit flies well and is fairly easy to control. The LI battery is much easier to exchange than the other model that I owned in the past. My only down sides on this purchase are: 1) One of the two batteries received with the purchase has a much shorter flight time than the second battery that gives me 10+ minuets of practice flight time. 2) The unit needs a be re-trimmed frequently to matai a steady hover. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Neheme NH525 thus far.

Do not fly this drone outdoors. I did and it quickly lost the controller signal and flew away. very disappointed. I contacted the manufacturer and got no reply. I changed my review to 5 stars because the did reply and Neheme replaced the drone. It flys great a little squiriley but great for a $50 dollar drone.

Purchased as a gift. Seems easy to set up & fly. They are really enjoying using it. The only reason at this point for 4 stars is that they are enjoying it so much and the battery only holds about a 20 minute charge, they wish it was longer. The drone is small, flies and lands easily, records a good quality picture.

This was my first drone purchase so I was looking for an entry level drone. This worked out perfect to help me learn the basics. The remote works great to control the drone and syncs up to my phone easily to take pictures and video. With three different speeds, the NH525 can move fast or put it in the first position and nice and slow to give a chance to learn how to operate a drone.
