I bought these to put on the bottom of a platform that I made for our washer and dryer so I could easily pull them away from the wall for maintenance or to get behind them easier in the inevitable event that something falls behind it. These have worked perfect. I wanted ones that would also lock so it wouldn't move around during the spin cycle. These not only lock the wheel but also lock the caster from turning side to side so it won't allow any movement while locked. I built two Hot Wheels storage cabinets for two of my grandsons Christmas gifts. These casters are non- marking and rolled easily on the wood floors. It's a bit hard to see, but the red wheel and black rig colors are excellent. I only gave 4 stars due to the metal on the brake unit. The metal is very sharp. I had to wrap electric tape over the end to keep from getting cut. ( Under normal circumstances, this is probably not an issue if you are wearing shoes in a garage or work shop). Used it to build a pallet cart. Hardware included was great as it gives u 2 options for screws and bolts.
