This filter feels a step above the bargain variety. It's well made and super thin and allows you to have the hood on your lens with it installed. Pointed at the sun's at shallow angles it does a have a slight problem dealing with blooms/haze but is decent enough. It does seem to give colors a slightly richer tone and working with water or reflective surfaces is where this really makes a difference. Great addition to your kit and doesn't hurt to have on the lens to protect it.

When shooting portraits in the outdoors, I recommend this filter. Since you have very little control over the location of the sun when maximizing your shooting schedule, this kind of filter helps you ease scatter and fogging. You could use an ND filter, but for first-timers and even intermediate shooters, I'd recommend a CPL as a good introductory place to start for most uses. I didn't observe any aberration or changes to the color quality of the subjects in the results. This is an easy recommendation.

I ordered this NEEWER 67mm Polarizer Filter, 24 Layer Multi Resistant Nano Coated MC CPL to use on some of my smaller diameter lenses. I have two sets of filters. One set is designed to fit lenses up to 82mm which I use with my lens that have filter diameters of 72mm, 77mm, or 82mm. I have a second set that will fit lenses up to 67mm for everything else. This polarizer works well to cut reflections from water and most reflective surfaces. The amount of light passing through the filter is reduced by about a stop, so it can also be used as an ND filter. The filter threads easily onto my lens, but using it will step-up rings can be dicey if you overtighten the filter. The polarizer rotates smoothly. I did not notice any reduction in sharpness, increase in flare, or color cast when using this polarizer.

Hey, this is a very good circular polarizer at a great price. Listen up, you Tamron owners with all of those 67mm lenses. This will fit each of them. I got mine for the Tamron 24mm f/2.8 for Sony E mount I bought recently. And not just Tamron lenses, but all 67mm lens brands. This filter provides beautiful results. Lovely blue skies, see-through water... Kill those reflections on window glass. Well, you get the idea. And the price is a bargain. Recommended.

NEEWER 67mm Polarizer Filter, 24 Layer Multi Resistant Nano Coated MC CPL Circular Polarizing Filter with HD Optical Glass/Ultra Slim for Camera Lens, Reduce Reflection/Enhance Contrast/Reduce Glare I have another brand that I haven't been particularly fond of that that does not have a balanced polarizer effect at wide angle. Specifically at 24-35mm. Albeit this is common at wide angles I was looking for one that is balanced. This is an inexpensive (not cheap) 67mm lens filter from a reputable company. I have a few of their other products that work well and are of medium plus quality. The product packaging is excellent. The protective case, polarizer, and accompanied cleaning cloth are all nice and well made. I tried this on my rf 24-105 4-7.1 cheapy and my EF100L macro. Did a nice job on both and surprisingly no uneven areas at 24mm. The metal frame and threads fit easily on my lenses albeit it was hard to take off the first time I used it.. Just don't tighten it too much. I thought the correction was very good and it accomplished what I wanted it to do. It really gave the clouds a nice pop! Made in China Works well.......5 stars

This polarizer fits perfectly on top of the 67mm thread of my UV filter. It would fit equally well directly on the camera lens thread. The polarizer turns smoothly without binding at all. It offers a moderate improvement on photo quality - this is really dependent upon your subject and the lighting. If your subject has some glare or reflection, this may help reduce it. It will enhance the blueness of the sky in your photos. You should see the results immediately through your viewfinder (SLR/DSLR) or on your screen (mirrorless) as you turn the outer filter barrel to optimize the photo.

This is a high quality, well manufactured / machined filter. It fit my Canon 10-18mm lens perfectly, the threads smoothly spinning on the lens with a real sense of quality. I am very impressed with what the filter does too. I bought the filter to protect my lens from scratches, which is a traditional use of UV filters. This filter is more than that. It really helps the blues to pop in my photos, and the problematic glare from such a wide angle lens is reduced. I am glad that I bought this lens and am pleased with the results. The fact that it includes a nice lens cleaning cloth is just a bonus. I highly recommend this filter.

This not only protects the lens of your camera, but also provides better contrast with the clouds in daylight, too. No flaws in construction and it is nice that you can vary the polarization depending on the angle you are shooting from.
