We have all been sleeping better and my dog keeps asking me to get in the bed without us. Our backs feel better and my recovery from workouts has been shortened thanks to the great support. I purchased the king size version of this mattress during Amazon two day prime event in October 2024. The first mattress never reached its full expansion size. The head of the mattress was at least two inches lower than the rest of mattress. The corners and side of mattress also never expanded properly. These defects were noticeable after leaving the mattress in place a full week after purchase. Needless to say I returned this item for a replacement. The pickup of this mattress was another nightmare. Amazon gave me a 9:00a- 12:00p window for pickup. The driver showed up at 10:00a and told me his truck was already full. He said he would return at the end of day to pickup mattress. He never showed up at all on my scheduled pickup day. I was livid. I waited at my house all day for a pickup that never happened. I called Amazon customer service to find out why my mattress was never picked up. They gave me no real explanation only another pickup day. The driver arrived on time and removed the mattress from upstairs bedroom. While bringing the mattress down my staircase the mattress caught my led rail lights installed on baseboard. They destroyed the lights. After calling Amazon customer Service they agreed to reimburse me for the lights. I thought that was fair, but I still had to reinstall the lights on my staircase. You might think after going through this experience with the first mattress why would anyone order a replacement. Shame on me I did. I requested a replacement instead of a full refund. All I really want to say about the replacement mattress is that it is worse than the first. Not only does it have similar problems with expansion it also sags in the middle and has zero edge support. My wife and I slept on it for two nights. I woke up with hip and shoulder pain. My wife said she had a horrible nights sleep on it. I am returning this mattress also. I have requested a full refund. I usually don't write to many reviews on Amazon. I make exceptions to this when product is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. From my experience with two Nectar mattresses this item definitely fits the exceptionally bad category. This mattress might be suitable for a giant dog bed, but not much use for humans. Absolutely the worst mattress I have ever slept on.

Set up was nice and easy, have your frame/box spring ready to go. I put my sheets on early and slept on it the first night it was received.. I had been sleeping over the floor for a long time. It was firmer than I had expected, and there was unevenness that was quite noticeable. Over the next 2 days this sorted itself out, It became softer but not too soft. The contouring process is on the slow side, there’s a tempur pedic in the other room which I have slept on.. and I’ll say that this is firmer than a tempur pedic. It sleeps warm/hot, but not as hot as the tempur pedic. I suffer from lower back problems, and I have not yet woken up with back pain since receiving this mattress. Edge support is softer than I’d like, but it’s not a deal breaker. I read a ton of reviews saying that this will not support anyone over 230 lbs.. well.. I was around 245 and it supports me just fine. I’ll send another update after a month or so.. if I remember. 3 month edit The beds has been great, I haven’t noticed any sagging. It remains very supportive and comfortable. No back pain, I would recommend this bed for others that are back/side sleepers. I see a lot of bad reviews and cannot really attest over them, sleep comfort is highly subjective. If you aren’t overly picky, want something reasonably soft but supportive, then I’d say give this bed a go.

We have had this mattress for a few weeks now. We are both side sleepers and we have woke up in no pain lately. The quality seems very nice, I like how it is five different layers. The durability and quality seem very nice and we let ours air out for a week before we slept on it. The measurements are pretty much spot on because I ordered sheets and bed sets before the mattress even arrived and they fit well.

On my second one. Very comfortable at first but wears out in about a year. Both developed a dent deep enough to become uncomfortable, and I'm currently experimenting with adding towels to build up the low spot.

Another update 8/14 a week ago after flipping the mattress around and sleeping on the opposite end I got the mattress to expand 99% of the way and this is the best sleep I've ever had. I have been through tons of Amazon mattresses, and of course for 800$ this one better be awesome. This as sweetnight mattresses are the best this one being first. I side sleep a lot and get hot this fixed any issues with that. Perfect medium firmness. It is annoying that it took so long for it to expand and doesn't happen to everyone but it was worth it. After a few weeks one side has fully expanded and I flipped the mattress around to sleep on the other side to see if I can get it to expand. With the trouble I have. The refund was expected and the sleep on this has improved from a 5/10 to 9/10 for me I call asleep and stay asleep and wake up feeling better than any of the other mattresses I have tried. Changing this 1 star to a 3 out of 5 and waiting to see if the rest expands too. It is worth the money spent. Not gonna lie I slept on this pretty decend with it being not expanded but, I paid 800$ for a mattress and it had dirty spots and can't expand? Yeah this is trash in a box pretty much
