I purchased this pillow because I kept waking up with neck pain. I sleep on my side. I got the pillow after looking at a ton of recommendations on Amazon. It came packaged well, it popped right into shape, and I set to using it that first night. It was kind of weird. At first. I was able to go to sleep. It didn't hurt- it was just a new feeling. I thought the next morning to give it a couple more gos and see how I liked it. And I did. And I love it. It took some adjusting. But once I got used the weird shape, I started to notice my neck pain was going away. I've been using this pillow for awhile now and I have no complaints. It's nice and cool feeling to the touch, it supports my neck so I can side-sleep, and it's also great for sleeping on your back- gives your neck a lot of support. 5/5 stars, would recommend

I bought several other pillows before landing on this one. This pillow nailed it for me with the right level of support - firm enough, but not too firm. The neck contour is just right for me, and it helps my neck pain. The only reason I couldn't give this pillow 5 stars is that the contours along the sides designed for your arms are not really practical. The contour is shallow, and my arm slides right out when I place it along the side like the model shows in the listing photo (and I'm a small person with small arms). Otherwise, great pillow!

We had this pillow for more than half a year now and it has made such a difference! No pillow could help my boyfriends neck pain but this has helped minimize it so much. It's thick with the perfect amount of firmness needed and the comfort is so good he falls asleep within seconds. It's the perfect size for our bed even I wanted to buy one for myself. I tend to be a side sleeper so sometimes when I borrow the pillow the shape just forms perfectly where it needs to. At first I thought it looked weird but it was built perfectly for all type of sleepers who love to sleep in different positions. Thankfully it has no funky smell to it. Some pillows I have purchased in the past have made it difficult to sleep at times. I would recommend this pillow to anyone.

I’ll start with what I like: it is comfortable and the hand rests are wonderful. If I needed this pillow because I was a back sleeper and my neck was sore I’d be in love with this pillow. But I’m a side sleeper that only occasionally rolls onto my back. Turning the pillow around to the higher side did not help. It’s still too short. There’s a big air gap and I find myself still wading a blanket into it to better support my neck and ease pressure on my shoulder. It’s like the pillow needs to come down farther on the neck/shoulder and be taller. That all said, when i do flip to my back and sleep I feel this pillow does a great job.

It works. No more neck pain! I recently gave a friend the same pillow. He gave it a 10+. I put a pillowcase on it. I’m not going to take the zippered washable cover off. It took ME a few nights to turn it different ways as a side sleeper. Bigger side is on the bottom for me. My friend is a back sleeper. He has the bigger side on the bottom also. Amazing!! You might be skeptical as I was. Give it a try~~~It works!!!

Personally I'm not a fan. For what it's supposed to be for it's not great. This was recommended to me by my dr. But i feel It's too soft too low. I feel the arm concept works a little better with the pillow flipped upside down but even then it's too soft and small for the arms to be at. The quality is good quality id say. I would expect it to be a bit more firm not hard like other memory foam pillows but a bit more firm would have been great. They should also include another pillow case for it as the shape is obvious you won't find another case for it. But all in all personally I don't feel like my money was well spent on this. I feel like it doesn't serve it's purpose 😩

I was very skeptical of this purchase, but this pillow has changed my life. My weird size sleeper habit has been changed for the better. The support is great. Takes some getting use to but overall, an amazing pillow.
