Due to distance learning, this was the second Anker Mars Pro II projector we purchased for our kids. We didn't want them staring at a computer monitor for long periods of time. The projector is small but the display is clear and perfect for what we need it for. Now we use the projector for their online classes and watching movies on weekends. After using the product for a month or so, problems started arising. We had issues turning the projector on and it would randomly turn off. Initially, I wanted to return it on Amazon, but instead, decided to contact customer support. Customer service emailed me back promptly with a solution to the problem. Unfortunately, the solution didn't resolve the issue. They immediately took the initiative and offered to send a replacement projector. The entire process took about two weeks, and it was easy and painless. I would highly recommend this product both due to its quality, performance, and customer service. ... show more

Love this projector works great with Netflix and Disney plus Hulu great for movies nice picture speakers sound good works best in dark rooms in well lighted rooms not so good but why would u watch a projector in a bright room anyway

I purchased the Nebula Mars II to have movie nights outside this summer and it has worked perfectly. Projected up to 120" without any loss of quality or brightness, and even works inside the house in moderate lighting. The built-in speakers are surprisingly robust, though I connect them to a separate bluetooth speaker most of the time. I had some issues launching certain apps that required Google Play Services and was directed to contact their support. I was helped the same day with upgrading my device to their beta firmware and it resolved my issues immediately. ... show more

This projector has great picture quality, the best/loudest speakers, and is portable with good battery life. I got it for our family to use instead of a tv, and it works great. I had some minor issue with the operating system that was quickly resolved by customer support. I enjoy using it as a stand alone system that does not require a streaming device. Just wish the remote control worked with more of the apps, but that would probably up the price of the projector considerably.     • battery stop charging after half year, and cannot be updated because the battery is lower than 25%
The projector in general is good. However, it stopped charging the battery after half year. You can still use it when you plug in, but software no longer can be updated because it is designed to require at least 25% battery for software update, even if you have the charger plugged in, which is ridiculous. Now, I can only use it without the update, and because it's out of the repair window, I have to stick with it. ... show more

I hemmed and hawed over this purchase for a long time, but I’m so glad I finally went for it. Movie nights at home feel extra special now. I’m not deeply knowledgeable about tech specs, but I do know what looks/sounds good, and this little projector does the trick.
