This generator worked great for about 3 days. Soon after, the usb key to check the status of your generator would not sync. I've tried to uninstalling the app and even reconnecting the usb key, but still get either the syncing bar with no progress or maybe about 10-20% and freezes. Additionally, the solar panels do not bring in enough power to keep the generator charged. The wind turbine that came with my kit is very heavy and takes a high wind flow for it to began turn at all. Might be great if you're in a very windy location, but a gentle breeze will not cut it. ... show more

This thing is the biggest pile of garbage ever. Don’t waste your money on it. It doesn’t work and the customer service is horrible. They will approve your return request and refuse to send you a return label.

Looked like a great product, unfortunately received unit with 2 broken blades and broken cone for wind turbine, let them know I needed replacement parts almost 3 weeks later still no parts or update when parts will even be here, pretty sad considering I just spent $2800 with them now im returning my expensive paper weight I can't seem to get parts for.
