DO NOT TAKE IF YOU HAVE GUT ISSUES! Other than that , enjoy the After effects lol this will get you slipping and sliding it , easy to swallow , and gives great sensual energy

    • Not as effective as other brands
I've been using slippery elm for years. This was the first time I tried this brand and I was hopeful. When it came I noticed that it was not as effective as other brands like the now brand. It may have fillers in it, I don't know, it's just hard to explain why the same dosage doesn't have the same effect as other brands(even tried taking more and still it didn't have the same impact). I do believe that it does do something, as there was one night I thought it wasn't working for gi issues, so I toke activated charcoal and ended up having a bit more pain, which made me realize it was doing something, but it's just wasn't as effective as other brands.
