I can’t say enough good about this product. I think my hair is thicker and seems to grow faster since taking this product. I had a fingernail that constantly split but since taking this for quite some time I no longer have the problem as it would seem my nail is thicker and is much less prone to splitting. That in and of itself makes it quite effective for its stated purpose. The flavor is pretty good so taking them is more of a pleasure than a task. I find that my hair is softer than previously as well as seeing less need for using a daily hair regrowth product primarily to keep what hair God gave me. My skin also seems to benefit from healing quicker which is a nice benefit due to my frequent DIY mishaps. The product smells sort of neutral and has an appealing appearance if that is a concern to you. Love. I am very patient when it comes to writing reviews because I want to be able to give an honest review of the product so here it goes - I have purchase these gummies 4x now in a couple of different flavors. All of the flavors are good so pick whatever makes you happy. The texture of all flavors are identical. The price for what you get is great. I take 1 gummy in the morning and 1 gummy before bed because that is how I like to do it. I like to blame my brittle nails on tge many years of being an acrylic nail gal. So, I wanted to try these just to see if they helped strengthen my weak nails. I went through 2 bottles and then took a break for roughly a month. During that month, my nails became brittle once again. I bought a 3rd bottle and halfway through the bottle, I noticed a difference in my nail strength. Took a break again and they became weak again. Bought another bottle and my nails are doing great. This is enough data points for me to know that these gummies are doing something. Just because they work for me, it doesn't mean they will work for you but I would recommend giving them a shot. If you like them, do sub and save so you never run out. ... show more

UPDATE: Been taking about 3 weeks now and I do have lots of tiny hairs coming in at the areas where it had thinned out. I am not taking or doing anything else so this must be what's causing the new growth? I just wanted to update as I had stated that I would in my original review. I can't swear it's cause of this product but since I'm not using anything else I think it must be helping. I just started taking this for thinning hair. Too soon to tell how it will work. I do not like the taste of the gummies however so it's hard to take in my case. I am giving it 5 stars however cause the ingredients seem to be just what is needed to help with thin hair. my nails aren't well taken care of I'm a barista and they get pretty beat up but I started taking these about a month ago and you can see a line of where my nails started growing in healthier, I often dye and bleach my hair so I don't know how well that's working but I feel like it's also growing faster. meanwhile the taste and texture are pretty good, I'm autistic so I was nervous I would hate them but they are good enough to want to eat more than 2 a day.
