One day I started out with teriffic knee pain, I could hardly walk. But some days it seemed almost normal. My husband swears by this product, so I added to my diet. I took a couple stars off for the pain. But that really wasn't the products fault. After a month and a half, finally went to doctor. She puy me on steriods hoping to help the swelling and infammation, then got xrays. It turned out I have degenerative arithitis. So after I go to an orthopedist and get this straightened out, I probably will go back on it. By the time I was taking it, it was too late.
