I bought these after doing a lot of searching online for a trendy but not too clunky Chelsea-styled boot. I loved the style of these from the photos but then I was disappointed when I realized they weren't real leather - so I was all set to not like them and return them. But when they arrived I tried them on and they were just so comfortable and cute that I didn't want to send them back. The sizing is absolutely perfect. I am an 8.5 in most boots and shoes but size 9 in running shoes and brands that tend to run small. Since I'm pregnant now and I was afraid of the boots being too narrow, I decided to take a chance on the 8.5W and they fit so comfortably. I can wear a wool sock with them or a normal sock and my feet don't feel cramped or like they will slip out. It feels like they have plenty of cushion for a long day of wear. I have a horrible time finding shoes, but these boots are comfortable even in the snow! I wear them to work and around town and get may compliments on them. The color goes with just about any outfit.

I now own these booties in black, brown, and green and am absolutely obsessed with them! I work in an elementary school so I am walking around a lot and crouching down to talk to kiddos and these shoes are super comfortable! They are my go-to shoe all winter long. At first, they are a little tight but they loosen around the foot over time. I did scuff my brown ones the day I got them by tripping over a rock, so be careful with the leather. ... show more

Nice boots but too chunky for me. Was a good fit and felt comfortable but the heel is huge. Maybe it’s stylish for some people but didn’t work for me.

Size: 9 Wide Color: Tan
When spending money on quality shoes, I would expect the shoes to come in the original box with the tags on them. However, my tan boots came in a generic box with no tags and we're just basically throw in this generic box. It doesn't appear that they were used. I'm debating on returning them. The problem is I probably won't get the same deal as when I purchased them originally. I'm going to call Naturalizer to see if they can solve this issue. I'll change my review if I get a positive resolution. Otherwise, they fit great. I had to size up from my 8.5M to 9W. Naturalizers fit me differently for some reason. I just don't like getting a second hand generic open box item that was thrown together and presented as new. ... show more

Boots are gorgeous but BEWARE these are actually true to size! All heels I've purchased from Naturalizer required 1 size up and WIDE. I For these, just get your regular size.
