We first ordered the Contact brand, but realized the dimension were right for our project, we returned it and order this cork shelf paper. I am so glad we did. It is a far superior product to the Contact brand. It is slightly thicker and holds together well...the Contact one was crumbly. We covered IKEA desks with the cork, trimmed and sanded the edges, and finished with 3 coats of polyacrylic (water-based polyurethane). Creates the perfect work surface...slightly soft while not staining or tearing like raw cork. The sheets cut well with an exacto knife and metal ruler and the adhesive is quality and easy to work with. ... show more

it doesn't stick very well, but it was really easy to use (I had a staff member do it...which made it even easier...LOL). It's popping off, but we'll just buy some 3M spray glue. It will be fine....

I purchased this to line the cabinets and kitchen drawers of our new home. I’m quite familiar in using this type of product, but after I attempted to line my first kitchen drawer, I knew this product was unfortunately not of high (or even mediocre) quality. I had to unravel three feet of the product initially and discard it because it was damaged. The product is dusty and and VERY VERY DELICATE. It tears at the slightest flexing of the material....see photo. I purchased this prior to the closing of our home to be prepared, and we have missed the return window. I spent approx $80 on this roll, and i am very upset...and left with a lot of leftover at this point, because the TWO drawers that i was able to line...they’re already lifting up on the edges (see first pic). Can you please contact me so I can arrange to return the product? Thanks for your time! ... show more
