We used this paper under the charcuterie board we did for a baby shower, and it was perfect. The foods did not soak through and it stayed put on the table. I would definitely suggest this. Not a bad value for the price, but not as thick as another brand I've purchased in the past. A good choice if you're looking for the most bang for your buck in terms of square feet of paper, but I'll likely be going back to the brand I previously ordered simply based on the thickness of the paper.

After diving into the world of electric smoking, one thing because very clear: consistency. Charcoal has better flavor but can dry out or hit the high temps much faster. Perfect for creating a charcuterie setting beyond the size of my normal cheese board. This was a huge hit at the party. The roll is a perfect size and I have it stored in a huge plastic bag for future gatherings.

    • Not Leak Proof
This is paper, it wraps meat or other food, but it is not leak proof. I bought the "natural" variety and it is just uncoated paper. If that's what I was looking for it would be great, it didn't work out so well to wrap meat for the freezer.
