I bought this projector for outdoor movie nights. Was easy to set up with my Wi-Fi and existing streaming accounts. I had trouble syncing my Bluetooth speaker, but I think the issue was more on my speaker’s part than the projector. That being said I had to use the speakers from the projector the first time and for what they are I was impressed. This is a great projector for the money ... show more

    • Really great projector, WORTH IT! some bluetooth issues...
Really good image, especially if you get the proper screen backdrop, I am highly impressed. You can easily display 75" - 80" and the image is GREAT! Gentle on the eyes too. You can keep it on for an extended period of time and we haven't had any overheating issues (yet) - the fan does a good job keeping it cool. When it's running you do hear the sound of the fan, which kind of disrupts any movie theatre mode you have in mind! But that is necessary for the cooling. It is a good size. I have had issues linking and connecting bluetooth devices to it. I have tried relentlessly to get my soundbar to be detected and linked so that I have the sound quality better! It randomly connected when it wanted (out of nowhere) and I cannot manually connect my soundbar so that the output is on the soundbar and not the projector itself. This is kind of a bummer because the sound of the projector itself is not super great, it can be annoying because the sound is somewhat "sharp" and "treble" if that makes sense? Besides that, it works really good with a FIRESTICK! I recommend it, overall. ... show more

    • Impressive features without compromising quality
The media could not be loaded. We already had a good quality projector and were looking to upgrade. This projector had everything we were looking for without compromising the quality. The airplay option made it an essential equipment in all the events we carry out at home and in our business and family gatherings.. the projection quality will surprise you even if your windows are open in the day light. We have had 6 birthdays since march and it added such value and entertainment to the event that wouldn’t have been that fun without. I got this as a gift for my husband and he was really impressed. He just wished there were little more adjustment options from the remote (because he is so lazy to adjust the lens focus manually..) but we have had a returned purchase of another brand that uses autofocus and it failed at it so we went old school where we are in control. The projection is so bright and we had no problem connecting Bluetooth devices and fire stick. It’s now our favorite gathering and family time snuggle moment hub) so get a blanket and get cozy because you wouldn’t want to leave your room with this budget friendly addition! ... show more

I bought a fire stick to go with the projector so we can easily assess our apps like VUDU, Disney+, etc. It's very simple to use and you can adjust the size according to the area you are using it on. These pictures were taken when using it outdoor simply on the stucco of our house and during twilight and you can see how crisp and clear the picture is. It gets even better the darker it gets. Later I bought a fabric screen we strung up between our trees so we could have an even larger picture. I didn't take pictures of that but it works awesome on the fabric screen. Very clear and bright picture but the sound could be better. The screen key board could be easier to use because it is difficult to do without a keyboard. However, overall good value for money and it has made family movie night a lot of fun. With the LED bulb, it should have a very long life

Purchased at the end of October and it started showing these weird black spots at the bottom of the screen. Originally I thought maybe it was dust and could be cleaned (Reddit provided solution). Getting down to cleaning the lens was already a whole ordeal, the screw underneath is cheap and easily stripped. When we finally opened it up and cleaned it we found that that still did not resolve anything. I had purchased the protection plan offered through assurion and that was another ordeal just trying to talk to the right person, the chat and links provided on Amazon don’t work or lead to the wrong department. When I finally got in contact all they could offer was to reimburse the item when all I wanted was a working replacement. Now I have to go out of my way to ship this POS back for a refund which probably could have been all done through Amazon. So I wouldn’t recommend spending the extra $$ on the insurance. ... show more

    • Defect Maybe
The keystone on our device seems to be defective. When we change angles, the image separates into two. It’s very hard on the eyes! So we’re a bit disappointed. Hoping it’s something we can resolve, but seems very odd like a factory defect. Our box was also very clearly opened and crumpled, as though it was previously returned. We’ll keep playing with settings after work, but will likely return and replace! I’d like this one to work because it is so nice and bright!
