Description

The Artificial Downswept Douglas Fir Christmas tree is trimmed with pre-strung LED lights with a foot switch, which controls 10 different light colors and actions. This decorative tree, with its hinged branch construction, goes up fast, leaving more time for holiday cheer. Tree branches are attached at the center pole using a hinge system, with each branch lowered into position in preparation of final shaping. The fir tree decor is designed with a fire- resistant and non-allergenic material, making it a great accent piece wherever it is placed. A diameter of 71 Inches at the base, it also includes a metal tree stand along with the assembly instructions. Decorations and ornaments are not included.

My wife gets headaches when looking at the cheaper quality of LEDs - those that are only half wave rectified. They flicker at a rate of 30 times a second, which is perceptible to some people and can cause headaches and tension in the eyes. The LEDs on this tree are high quality full wave rectified lights that do not flicker at all. The tips are very realistic to the touch and to the sight. The insides are the cheaper stuff you see on all parts of most all other trees. But since they are "fluff" you don't see them and the whole tree is very realistic looking. We use the lighting function where all the lights are multicolored, and some of them fade in and out. There are a number of other functions that you may or may not like based on personal tastes. The only negative is that the wiring could have been brought back more into the center ( tree trunk ) for each branch outwards, instead of connecting from one branch to the next sort of in the middle of the branches. To me it makes it harder to put a ladder in the tree like that, but it was a minor inconvenience. We added several lengths of the old fashioned incandescent lights to the tree so that we could connect our large selection of older "lights in motion" decorations. They do not work with LED strands. You cannot connect the Incandescent light strands to the LED strands in the tree as the LEDs are low voltage. We simply ran an additional extension cord to the tree and then ran two lengths of 100 light INC bulbs and they look really nice mixed in with the LEDs. One thing I do know is that the LEDs will not fade, unlike the INC lights where its really noticeable with the red and blue color bulbs. ... show more

It took 2 people to put together and open all branches about 1.5hrs. I’m sure 1 person do this but we chose to work as a team and get it up. The branches are amazing, plentiful and lifelike. Getting work on the house and every worker including my kids asked if it was real! The lights options are amazing and we can change from white to colored and we like the twinkling the best! Worth the money, PS we got it Black Friday sale 900.00 and I was a little apprehensive but now that we have it I know it will pay off in years! ... show more

This tree looks nice once fully fluffed. My only complaints are that the needles and lights are all at the tips of the branches. The interior is basically empty. It isn’t obvious unless you get close to the tree but it cheapens the design. And the lights are strung at the tips as well so basically encircle the tree instead of really being threaded throughout. Further update: Zero communication from the vendor or Amazon about this! Started the return on Jan 14th, dropped it off at the UPS Store on Jan 18th and it’s still enroute... how long does this take?! Update: Be very careful of returns. Sent this back per the instructions, dropping it off at the UPS Store a month ago... still no reply or refund to my account. The Good: The tree itself is nice and I'd consider buying an unlit one in the future. The detail of the branches to the needles are very life like when fully set up. It can fool you to 5 feet away or less. The not so Good: I don't think the lighting is worth the premium that was charged. For the extra cost I expect a more integrated and neater appearance. While the cords are fixed to the branches there are no other advantages and the string is a basic color changing set. When folding and unfolding it's not hard to get the cords tangled. Overall: Not worth the $100+ extra for getting a pre lit one. ... show more

Extremely happy with this tree. The lifelike tips look and feel very much like a real tree. The tree is very full. Sometimes it actually can be tough to get ornaments into the middle, which I usually do, but I don't think that's a bad thing. I love the lights. We typically prefer white lights on our trees, but wanted to have the option for multi-colored since our children like the colors. Well, it turns out my favorite setting for this tree is the "Fade white to multi-colored." The colors on this are beautiful and better than many others I've seen. These are a pleasant brightness and there is no purple or orange like some trees. It appears to me as though each bulb is white or one other color, so it's not like some trees where you can turn on all the white lights and all the multi-colored lights at the same time (which would add twice the lights, twice the electricity, and twice the wire weight to the tree). Love this tree and highly recommend it. The only thing I wish it had was an even higher tree stand. The bottom row of branches could be a little higher off the ground, but it's really not a problem. ... show more

We had real trees for 38 years. So we really wanted the most realtree possible. We are first timers at putting a 10 ft artificial tree together, but it was absolutely beautiful when we was finished and it was so easy. It did take longer to put if up than a real tree. We purchased the 9’ tree and it was delivered by UPS in a very large and heavy box that was open at the top. Lucky there was no damage or missing parts. The tree looks better than shown in the pics and has plenty of lights. The more you fluff it the better it looks. Exceeded my expectations.

    • Almost the perfect tree

These trees were in high demand, I was able to purchase an in stock tree June of 2018. It's great in height and width for the norm on artificial trees that seem to be extra slim. However, By the 3rd use we had to swap a plug because the lights wouldn't connect and power on, in the same season I noticed the entire top half of the 9' tree had dimmed lights. The bottom was still brightly lit while the top are hardly noticeable. We pulled it out this year with the same issue. I read that we do have a 3 year warranty on the pre lit trees, but have gone past the warranty period. My loss, I should've checked sooner for repairs/replacement. It's a pretty pricy tree for needing to be replaced so soon. If you buy one they are great, if you have issues check the warranty right away. ... show more
