Three years ago I bought a big tree that was, in reality, too big for the space I put my tree every year. In 2025 I decided to get a new, smaller tree. I looked up real life looking trees and came across this one. I debated for days whether to get it or not because of the mixed reviews and finally pulled the trigger. It arrived quickly. When I put it up, it was very simple to connect all the pieces together. I bought this tree a year ago for Christmas 2023. I didn’t want to make a review until this year when I unboxed it again. I purchased the 12 foot tree, and it was definitely worth the money. This tree comes with a very sturdy stand and five tree sections. Each big branch has three smaller sections. Those smaller sections are very easy to manipulate when you are setting up your tree and spreading out all of the needles(is that what they’re called?). The lights held up very well, but we all know the true test is owning the tree for 5 plus years. No shedding happened this year, as to be expected and no fading that I noticed. The tree sections are labeled and it is easy to assemble. There are a couple of sections that are a bit heavy and the overall weight once in the box, is heavy enough it’s hard to get it in the attic. My tree lived in the garage corner until this season rolled around again. I like a more traditional tree, however I think the modern decorations of big ornaments, ribbon and big accessories would work well on this tree too. Really like the size, doesn't take up the entire room. Nice and full branches makes up for the down sizing. I did have two branch tips falloff during assembly. . I have mobility problems and I was able to put the tree together myself. I would definitely recommend this tree.

Where do I even begin? I purchased this tree a couple of days ago because it looked like a great deal. It arrived four days after purchase. As soon as we opened the box, we noticed it wasn’t nearly as full as most new Christmas trees. We didn’t think much of it at first, assuming that since it was advertised as a “slim” tree, that might explain the look. However, “slim” shouldn’t mean you can see the metal frame from across the room. It looked as if many of the plastic branches were missing or very poorly attached. When we assembled the three sections and secured them on the base, the top part was noticeably flimsy—another sign that this product might have been recycled or previously used. I’m not claiming it definitely was, but it certainly appeared either poorly made or possibly used and returned. The biggest issue, however, was with the built-in lights. When we plugged it in, the bottom section didn’t light up. We assumed it might just be a burnt-out bulb, so we carefully checked them one by one, only to discover loose and exposed wires—as if someone had ripped out one of the bulbs. We nearly got electrocuted trying to figure out the problem. We immediately repackaged the tree and started the return process the same afternoon it was delivered. I can’t say for sure whether this was a refurbished or just a faulty item, but there were simply too many red flags. We decided not to risk replacing it and will be looking elsewhere. ... show more

Beautiful tree and perfect size for a small room. Lights quit working on half the tree in the middle of the third Christmas season. And more quit working the following year. So it really only lasted 2 years of working properly.

    • Incandescent lights, whole section goes out when single bulb fails

Three tree itself is great: looks very natural, ready to assemble, and has good quality. However, the lights that come on it are of the worth kind: glass bulbs, incandescent (consumes 250W of total power), and a whole section goes out when a single bulb fails (contrary to what is advertised on the product page). After assembly, it took me more than two hours to track and fix two sections of light that would work (one had a broken bulb, and the other was missing a whole bulb connector and required me to manually merge and isolate two wires). I'm not returning it only because of the size, but I'm definitely frustrated with it. ... show more
