Made to look and feel lifelike, the stunning realism of the tree is defined by its close attention to detail, featuring hundreds of individually crafted branch tips that make up the wide, full-bodied branches that create space for your lights and ornaments. The tree is designed with a hinged branch system that allows the branches to swing down for a quick and simple set-up and fold back in for easy storage. Set aside 45-60 minutes after assembly to properly shape the tree by peeling back the branches and pulling the tips apart to give the branches a more full-bodied look. If you are looking for a full thick tree that resembles a sheared (sculpted) fir tree then this is NOT the tree for you. If however you typically look for a slender tree with more open branch spacing that allows room for a lot of ornaments like we do, then this is a good tree. Yes you can see thru it if there's light behind it, but it looks very realistic IF you take the time to shape the branches one at a time when first setting it up. That took me about 2 hours! Being our first fake tree, I bought it thinking it would be quicker and easier to set up than a real tree, ...I was wrong! At least I don't have to water this, worry about fire, and have the hassle of disposing of it in January! ...and it will pay for itself after a few years of use. This was priced at $163 on Amazon less an extra $50 discount offered on select trees during their Thanksgiving weekend prime deals. Hard to beat $113 one month before Christmas so I pulled the trigger on it, and now that it's up and the work is done I'm happy with it. I do recommend checking the lights on each section before setting it up as the branches are really compacted from the factory. It comes in a large heavy-weight cardboard box that's about 4' long and about 16"x16"wide that weighs 40#. The only problem I had was the base of the top section was about 2" too long which created a noticeable gap that made for extra branch shaping to hide it, or shortening the bottom of the top section. (I chose the latter using a tubing cutter which solved the issue). Overall I'm happy with this tree and it does look real, especially after it's decorated. We placed the tree stand on risers to give it a little extra height. I was concerned that that the tree wouldn't be full enough, but once we were done fluffing the branches, I was satisfied with its density. It feels a tree you'd get at most superstore brands. The first thing I look for is the number of tips a tree has. I wanted it full but not so full I didn't have room to hang ornaments. I was very worried about ordering a tree I couldn't see in person 1st. This tree is perfect! I couldn't be more pleased with it! Shaping it took some time, but well worth it. I added strings of colored lights that blink or stay steady so I can change the look of it. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a carrying/storage bag but that wasn't enough to take away from a 5 star review. I am thrilled with this purchase! ... show more

Nice tree! It took a bit of fluffing out but once done it’s really nice and full and beautiful. Easy to put together. The only thing I wish it had was a foot switch to turn it on and off. You have to plug and unplug from the wall instead. Not a huge deal but I’m used to having a switch. I’m glad I got it on a Black Friday sale but it would still be worth it at normal price. ... show more

This tree isn’t a super realistic or beautiful tree on its own, but for the price, it’s an excellent 7.5’ tree to decorate and surround with presents. It doesn’t take a ton of floor space and is very easy to assemble. The branches were sturdy and all the lights work beautifully.
