This is our first artificial tree. I ordered the 10 foot LED. I have been buying real trees for 25 years, the cost for a 10 footer is out of control, and I was ready to try something different. I am not going to lie, it was a lot of work to bend/fluff every branch tip, but worth it to have the results I got. I did not have any problems connecting the lights between the 4 sections. I did it as soon as I added the new section. I did everything myself with the exception of connecting the sections. The tree looks very real. I haven't added ornaments yet, but wanted to share this info, for those on the fence about purchasing it. If you don't mind putting in the time, you will have a beautiful tree. The LED model has several different light settings, including super bright color, a muted pastels color and the clear. You can make them twinkle or flash. This is a beautiful tree, Very full and life like, There are an abundance of lights with an easy to change color switch. It looked great and we are very pleased with it. It was so full it didn't need as many decorations to look really great.

First I will start by saying that the tree is gorgeous and a five star. It’s full and it’s huge. You will not be disappointed. I have not finished fluffing it or I would have added a picture. The bad part of this review is in reflection of Amazon directly and not the tree or the company. The star is a direct representation of the poor customer service I received. The tree if purchased had/has a promotion that you will get a free echo pop and smart plug. Upon receiving the tree I went on Amazon to claim my free items. It stated I had until December 16,2024 to do so. When trying to claim them it was only applying half off and wanting me to pay $32. I reached out to Amazon via chat. First they wanted me to send the order ID. Done, but then they asked me for a picture where it shows I would get free items. I thought this was strange being they could easily search the product or the order, but I sent them a picture. Their solution was for me to repurchase the tree and they add them on and when I get the replacement tree go through the inconvenience of returning the one I got. I told them absolutely not. This tree when I bought it was over $300 and it weighs around 50 lbs. It’s not the easiest for me to just pack up and around and who wants to keep forking out several hundreds of dollars. They absolutely refused any other option saying that was the only solution. I asked for a supervisor to call me and was told that the supervisor could do nothing more for me. I don’t honestly care about the free items in comparison to the tree, but it is the principle that I should have received them and felt it’s really poor customer service that I should have to repurchase the item to get said free items. Great tree - only giving it 4 stars due to it taking a while to get it fluffed. When you first open it - just trust the process and set some time aside to get it fluffed haha. I also did have an allergy reaction to either something they sprayed on it or the pvc composition of the branches not too sure. Will have to return but if I didn’t have an allergic reaction would have kept it was a beautiful tree! My husband didn’t have any issues just me! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The tree was well packed, easy to figure out how to assemble and put together. The colored tags helped to figure out how to plug sections together. I did wear cotton gloves to protect my hands while fluffing out the branches. This part took about an hour. It is a beautiful tree- so much so that my daughter thought it was real! The lights go from clear to gold, green and purple to multi-color. They have still or flashing and fade options too. So much easier than dealing with a real tree. Super easy to disassemble after the holiday as well. Was a fabulous purchase!! ... show more

We bought this tree in December 2021, and it was perfect for Christmas 2021, 2022, and 2023. 2024, we noticed the connection seemed a bit finicky, but after tightening the connectors, the lights were just fine. People in our town joke that they love to drive by to see what the mood of our house is based on the selected light setting, and the lights are so bright, it's like a lighthouse in the window. We add an extra string of 300 lights to bump up the intensity. We have small children, and when they hide toys in the tree or try to sit in it (one toddler wanted to be a bird), the tree was sturdy. Why 2 stars? On to 2025....The tree fluffs beautifully and is absolutely gorgeous. It takes two of us to put it together because it's so big. You do need to wear gloves and long sleeves when handling the branches because the needles are really sharp. The best part is plugging in the lights and sitting back to enjoy before the next task of putting on ornaments....but this year, the tree lit up for only an hour and hasn't lit up since. We walked through all the troubleshooting tips and absolutely nothing worked. For the expense, we thought we got a tree that would last through our kids' childhoods. We were not expecting only 4 Christmases with this tree. This is an epic disappointment, especially after taking 2 hours to set up and fluff the tree.
